Azienda Agricola Poggio alle Lame® is situated in the heart of Chianti, amid hills covered with vineyards and olive groves.

Agriturismo Annita, owned by Riccardo, Paola, Francesco, Annita and Lorenzo, occupies the ancient barn where Annita and Lorenzo used to keep forage in the sixties.
The barn has been completely restored, while its original features have been retained and two spacious, panoramic and furnished in Tuscan style apartments have been obtained: “LE LOGGE" and "BELVEDERE".
Each apartment has its independent entrance and is equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday.

Guests of Agriturismo Annita can taste and buy products by Azienda Agricola Poggio alle Lame® of Riccardo Paolella, the small family-run farm. All these products have been obtained by a certificated organic farming: Chianti wine, extra-virgin olive oil, grappa and nocino.

This is the best VRBO rental we have ever had the joy to stay at. Carla, Riccardo and their son Francesco could not do enough for us. They were the most welcoming and gracious hosts providing us with a basket of their home grown goodies to get us started the day we arrived. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything one needed in the kitchen to prepare meals as needed. Our heartfelt thanks for making the two weeks we were guests in their apartment so memorable.The apartment is centrally located to visit so many interesting towns and vineyards in Tuscany and is within easy reach of Florence for a day visit.

Our host Ricardo and Paola were excellent Our apartment was comfortable Staying at an algo turismo was different ! Much more quiet and tranquil which allowed us to enjoy the Tuscany Region.

What an amazing spot!!!

We had recently stayed at the Agriturismo Annita, Le Logge apartment. Our family (my husband, 6 year old were there for 5 days the end of May/early July 2013. It was perfectly situated for day trips all over Tuscany. Although the weather forecast said rain everyday, it wasn't the case. Most of the days had sun. Agriturismo Annita far exceded our expectations. It was perfect from the moment we arrived to a fantastic clean apartment with an amazing little welcome package with amazing wine and olive oil (made by the owners), along with some amazing Italian goodies. Coffee, tea, bread, homemade jam, nutella, and few other things. The owners, Paola & Riccardo and their amazing son, Francesco, were the most welcoming. Always smiling, and very helpful. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. It had everything you need to cook a nice dinner. The pool was lovely. It wasn't warm at that time of the year, but warm enough we all went in for several swims. My husband and kids swam daily, I only managed once. We were also invited for cake and wine at Paola and Riccardo's which was a very nice evening with the other 4 guests. It's in a perfect spot for taking day trips. In our days there, we went to San Gimingano, Panzano, Siena, Firenze, Monterosso Al Mare and Pisa. While there, you must try the local restaurant, La Frattoria. There is so much to see and do, I think a week wasn't long enough. If you are wanting a true Toscana experience, this place is the best. Un grand merci pour l’accueil et le partage de Paola et Ricardo, très gentils et généreux ! Paola parle très bien le français. La toscane est magnifique, Florence, Sienne, Pise, le chianti et ses magnifiques villages… sont tous accessibles facilement. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines, grazie !!!!

La Dolce Vita chez Paola et Riccardo

Un semaine de pur plaisir. Un espace d’accueil qui respecte l’histoire du lieu et garde d’une part son authenticité tout en garantissant une qualité de vie. Et n’oublions pas le couple qui fait vivre le domaine ( Bio ☺️) avec des produits de grandes qualités : Chianti et Huile d’olive. Paola et Riccardo savent conjuguer la proximité et la discrétion. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Schönes Objekt, gute Lage für Ausflüge. Küche eher minimal ausgestattet. Aber für eine Woche mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt.

Perfekter Ort in der Toskana

Wir hatten die Wohnung mit Terasse, könnten sehr schön draußen frühstücken. Der Pool perfekt, gerade dann, wenn man ganzen Tag in der Sonne unterwegs war. Die Besitzer sehr nett, hilfsbereit und uns viele Tips gegeben. Weinprobe bei den Besitzen sehr gut, wir wüssten nicht, das Balsamiko, Grappa und Öl so gut schmecken können. Lage perfekt.

Wonderful place and super friendly hosts

This agriturismo located very quietly between the vineyards and olive trees of the owner. Bars, restaurants and supermarket are just a few kilometers away. The area is the most beautiful we ever visited in Italy. The apartment is located in between Siena and Firenze and therefore it is very easy to visit these cities. The property is very clean and all necessary equipment is available. The family is very friendly and make you feel at home. We had a wine tasting and the day after they even allowed me to help picking the last grapes of 2020 harvest. This was a great experience and I really enjoyed it! Thank you for the nice stay!

Perfect, great agriturismo

Paola and Riccardo are wonderful people, and their apartments are great! Very clean and spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, great swimming pool and not many flies, wasps and mosquitos. The oil, wine and vinegar they produce and sell are very good too! We will defenitly come back here!

Arrivee chez paloa et riccardo recu comme si nous nous connaissions depuis de nombreuses annees. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien : ce qui est le cas . Une ravissante maison en plein coeur des oliviers, un calme tres reposant, une super piscine. Location superbe et propriétaires adorables !

Une super location. Bien équipée pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner (un vrai four!). Piscine juste à coté. Vues sur les vignes. Le panier d’accueil quand on arrive tard est vraiment top (de quoi faire un bon repas pour 4). Le chianti et l’huile d’olive produits sur place sont top aussi. Situation idéale pour visiter la Toscane: près d’un grand axe routier (3km) mais sans être juste à côté (pas un bruit). Florence, Sienne, Volterra et San Gimignano à moins d’une heure de route. Les villages plus proches sont aussi très beaux. Bref nous recommandons chaudement et donnons maintenant cette charmante adresse à nos proches!

Una estancia maravillosa

Estuvimos dos semanas en Agriturismo Annita durante el mes de agosto de 2017 y la experiencia fue excepcional. Fuimos en familia, seis personas, tres adultos y tres adolescentes y la estancia no pudo ser mejor. El lugar está situado en el corazón de la Toscana, a 20 km de Florencia, y en un radio de acción de 150 kms se pueden hacer unas excursiones increíbles. La vivienda era muy confortable y reunía todos los elementos necesarios para una cómoda estancia: disponía de todo. A ello se añadía el que disponíamos de una piscina donde poder refrescarnos del calor estival. La estancia resultó perfecta y todo lo que figura en el anuncio es todavía mejor en la realidad. Pero lo que realmente merece la pena destacarse por encima de todo es el trato personal de los propietarios Paola y Riccardo. Son dos personas encantadoras que siempre están dispuestas a ayudarte, que cuidan todos los detalles y que además te obsequian con productos elaborados en su finca. Bravo Paola! Bravo Riccardo! Desde luego en cuanto podamos repetiremos la experiencia.

Agriturismo Anita es ya un sitio especial para nosotros por la cordialidad de Paola y Riccardo. Los propietarios de este agriturismo hacen que te sientas como en casa. Disfrutamos mucho de su compañía. La casa y su entorno también es fantástico. La zona es muy bonita y sientes que estás en la Toscana verdadera entre los olivos, las vides, los cipreses... La ubicación de la casa es perfecta para visitar Florencia, Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra,...y en el entorno más cercano Barberino, Colle, Certaldo o Montefioralle. Ottima esperienza, da ripetere!

L'Agriturismo Annita e' stata una gradevole scoperta! Il nostro gruppo di amici era composto da due famiglie di quattro persone ciascuna, due delle quali bimbi gemelli di quattro anni. L'accoglienza di Paola, Riccardo e Francesco e' stata stupenda, mettendoci immediatamente a nostro agio come fossimo componenti della loro famiglia. La posizione di Tavernelle Val di Pesa e' privilegiata, consentendoci di raggiungere tutte le mete che ci eravamo prefissati con tempi di percorrenza massimi di circa un'ora. La comodità degli appartamenti Le Logge e Belvedere ci ha permesso di condividere nel soggiorno di uno dei due i momenti comuni come prime colazioni e cene, ma allo stesso tempo di avere la nostra indipendenza al termine della giornata. Dovessimo tornare in Toscana valuteremmo senz'altro la possibilità di tornare all'Annita! Grazie ancora Paola, Riccardo e Francesco. Paolo e Vicente, con relative famiglie

MARAVILLOSO

Acabo de salir del apartamento Tramonto, mi marido y yo hemos estado alojados aqui 10 noches y solo puedo decir que ha sido maravilloso....nos ha gustado todo, el entorno, la casita, la limpieza, la decoracion...el silencio de la noche...recomiendo esta casa porque da paz y tranquilidad, y esta cerquisima de los principales puntos de interes de Toscana...Florencia, Siena, Pisa, el precioso valle d'orcia... No puedo dejar de agradecer a sus propietarios, Paola, Ricardo , y Franchesco...su amabilidad y su alegria, me ha encantado conoceros, espero volver a veros pronto...sois una familia encantadora, se nota el cariño que le poneis a vuestro negocio...u beso enorme...Patricia y Tomas.

Semana Santa en el Chianti

Hemos pasado 5 maravillosos días en esta magnífica casa. Ibamos con nuestras 3 hijas que disfrutaron como enanas con el entorno y el alojamiento. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Florencia, Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra, Colle Alta,....incluso fuimos a Pisa y Lucca (ese día sí que hicimos algún kilómetro más). La casa muy cómoda, los colchones comodísimos. Además, Riccardo y Paola nos obsequiaron con varios productos de elaboración propia, riquísimos. Muchas gracias!!!! También de agradecer la velada que organizaron con el resto de huéspedes. Pasamos un rato muy agradable degustando sus productos. Siempre atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad. Ojala hubiéramos tenido más días!!!!!

Merci tout d'abord à Paola et Ricardo pour la qualité de leur accueil! Nous pensons à toutes leurs petites attentions et surtout à la soirée barbecue que nous avons passée tous ensemble. Unas vacaciones geniales.

Hemos estado una semana en la casa Belvedere y hemos salido encantados. Las casas son muy bonitas y la parcela, estupenda. La piscina nos ha venido genial,con el calor que nos ha hecho. Es un sitio encantador. Está lo suficientemente apartado del pueblo para poder tener mucha tranquilidad, pero al mismo tiempo cerca, para poder usar los servicios que el pueblo ofrece. Entre ellos, los bares,restaurantes y tiendas. Los propietarios son un encanto. Y a pesar que no hablaban español,nos hemos entendido perfectamente. Todos los productos que nos han regalado y el bizcocho del último día,estaban buenísimos. Haremos lo posible por volver !!!!

BELVEDERE is a 62 mq. first floor apartment with an independent entrance. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-room with cooking facilities. In the living room there is a double sofa-bed. A second bedroom and a bathroom have an independent entrance. The bed-spaces are 4+2.
The furnishings are in rustic Tuscan style with few pieces of antique furniture perfectly restored.

BELVEDERE has bed, and bathroom linen and kitchen clothes that are weekly changed. The kitchenette has 4 gas fires and an electric oven. Pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses are available.
The apartment has a washing machine, a dish-washer, a refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning, heating system, satellite TV, parking, swimming pool and common spaces.
