Great spot with views of the mountains and Dillon Reservoir. We skied two days at Loveland and even caught the NYE fireworks at Keystone from the parking lot. The kitchen was well equipped, rooms were nice and it had a homie feel. Easy walk to the clubhouse where we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. Would definitely stay here again.
Our host was amazing and extremely accommodating and responsive. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed plus more. Beautiful view of the lake, close access to great hikes. Would love to visit again!
The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the condo super comfortable/welcoming, and the host organized/thoughtful. The kids got pretty hot in the loft, we figured the fans better the second night.
This condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for our weekend getaway! We loved it! It had everything we could possibly have wanted. All the directions were clear and we were very comfortable here!
We had a great time and stay at this property! There was plenty of room for more than the 4 we had. Everything we clean and very nice. There was even some of the stuff we forgot to bring (baggies, foil, etc) so we didn't have to make an extra trip! Check in process was easy and the communication was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again, it is at the top of the list for Summit county stays!
My husband and I traveled with 5 kids ranging from 11-18. The loft was a perfect spot for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies we needed to cook meals during our 3 night stay. The owner, Kristin, was very responsive when we emailed with questions. The check in directions were very clear. The clubhouse was a bit of a disappointment as it was pretty dirty and run down. However, that is not a reflection on the owner of this property at all. Would stay here again!
The property was in a fine location with easy access to all amenities. The property itself was mostly as listed. Top floor means top floor and the stair for this group of sea level renters was a killer. The spiral stairs to the 2nd floor were a suprise, but i didnt have to use them! Kitchen had everything needed and the place was comfortable. The registering of the cars was a process for us but i think that was just a bit of miscommunication. Even with that said i would rent again.
Thank you Kristin, we had a great time.

Steve thanks for the review. I'm sorry the stairs to the loft caught you by surprise - I just checked to see if I needed to add photos but found they are there in the images for the unit. I will add a mention of them in the unit description though to be sure future renters take note. And yes, sorry for the car registration trouble. Just last month, VRBO started suppressing email addresses from communications with renters. The username for the parking service is an email address, so this has caused issues. I still haven't gotten a better resolution than having to text the username directly to renters. I'm glad you had a nice stay and I'd be very happy to host your crew again.
If being on the third floor with no elevator doesn’t bother you keep reading. The only other thing that could be a problem with this condo is the spiral stairs to the loft is narrow and steep. If you are planning on children staying up there they will love it. The two of us that stayed up there were both over 65 and didn’t have a problem with it but keep in mind we both ski double black ski runs. It was a little difficult carrying a large bag up the spiral staircase.
The condo was renovated nicely and very well decorated. I have been staying in ski condos for about 30 years and the kitchen was equipped about the as good as any I have stayed in. We cooked several meals with no problems having the correct utensils. There was even a pyrex pie dish for us to cook a pie in. All in all we had a great time and would stay there again.
The condo was clean, updated and well stocked. It was perfect for skiing daily at keystone. Easy drive to keystone and easy use of the shuttle as well. Kristin was easy to work with and communicated well with us throughout our stay. Thank you!
We came from Texas because we had a wedding to go to but we also made it into a Senior trip for my son and two of his friends. The property was beautiful and fun! Loved the clubhouse and access to Lake Dillon!
This property was amazing! The games that were at the property were great for the kids to keep them off technology. They loved the loft! The pool and hot tub area for the complex was great as well.
Overall the property was great. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was well appointed with kitchen essentials, games and streaming services.
A few negative notes to be aware of:
Non-master bed was not good for anyone with a bad back
3rd floor with no elevator was a bit tough for older adults at altitude
Pool was much smaller than it seemed in pics, but still nice enough
None of this was enough to out-weigh the good things about the property.
We stayed here in April 2021. The property is located out of Silverthorne which made it close to Frisco, Breckinridge and Keystone. We did not ski this trip but did go tubing at Frisco Adventure Park. We had a funeral to attend which was right in town. The property was easy to find, had everything we needed and was very clean. Thank you to the owner for adding an extra night for me, she made it very easy.
Condo was perfect! Fully stocked with everything you need. Kids loved the loft. Super clean! Easy communication with owner. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

About the host

I am an east coast transplant who has lived in Colorado for over 30 years and loves sailing, playing squash and traveling. My son and I race sailboats on Lake Dillon in the summer and ski at Copper Mountain in the winter.
Why they chose this property
I bought this place as a refuge from hectic Denver life and so I could sail (I race J22s on Lake Dillon) and ski with my kiddo. I love that it is an updated unit with a walled off loft making it more like a true 3 bedroom than any of the other Treehouse units I looked at. It also has the one of the best clubhouses in Wildernest.
