The home was everything that we expected and wanted. Beautiful interior, well appointed kitchen, lovely bedrooms and just a fabulous dock- a seating area under cover and lots of water toys were exceptional. probably the most perfect VRBO that I've rented over the years. Lisa was a great communicator and we plan to come back next year.

This was our third year staying at Lisa's house and it was perfect as usual. They've done a great job navigating the lower water levels at SML and added more steps/longer ladders to make access manageable. We love the layout of this house and all the outdoor space. It's especially nice to have the covered area on the dock to lounge in. I can't say enough good things about this property.

This house was perfect. It has wonderful views of the lake. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards from the amazing boat house. We would definitely com back again.

Great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The jumping platform off the top deck was a hit with the kids and the space both inside and outside allowed us all the opportunity to relax and enjoy the lake.

This was our second time staying at this house and we absolutely loved it. My family has been coming to SML for nearly 40 years and I can say this is probably the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed in. Love the location as well. So much outdoor space, beautiful view of the mountains, you really couldn’t ask for much more.

Best Family Vacation!

We have been staying at SML for a few years now, and this is by far the best house and location. Lisa was fantastic! The house was gorgeous and had all we could ask for!

One of the best family vacations - ever! Loved this beauiful lake house and property.

This lake house and property is outstanding. Our family had the most wonderful time and enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was really hard for us to leave at the end of the week. We will be coming back!

Loved the location. Loved the house.

We had a great time and thought the house was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed being able to swim (and jump) off the dock and tie up a boat we rented. The house was clean and the amenities were of high quality. A great place that we hope to visit again.

Beautiful home with stunning views!

Our family had one of our most memorable long weekends on this beautiful property. House was really clean, decor was inviting and comfortable, and the back porch and boat house could not of been better. Looking forward to our next stay in the near future.

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our time at this property. The house was lovely and decorated in very classic lake style. There are expansive open views of the lake and a great deck where we had all of our meals. But the dock was where we spent our time and adults and kids enjoyed it so much. I was so impressed how clean the dock and all the boards and kayaks were and loved the owners attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fun lake getaway

This was a wonderful house in a beautiful location. Our group of 7 had everything we needed , and loved that we were so close to the lake. Our kids had a great time jumping off of the dock and it was nice to be close enough to watch the boats and the skiers on the main lake. Highly recommend!

This house was perfection! My family and I had the best time here. I was impressed by how clean and well-stocked the house was. The book collection in the basement was massive! So many to choose from. Our favorite part was the dock. We hung out there most of the time. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and those brave enough jumped from the upper level of the dock. We can't wait to return!

Great for families!

beautiful, well-appointed home on the point of a nice quiet cove. Beautiful covered and uncovered dock space - plenty of room to gather and talk. Great views from the deck. Plenty of lake toys made it easy to find things to do. Thanks so much for a great week - Already looking for a date for our next stay.

Beautiful, relaxing, perfect family vacation.

The house is welcoming and very clean, we felt at home right away. The boat dock is enormous and we spent all day and evening on the dock enjoying the water, the view and spending time together. It truly is a perfect location to relax and reconnect with family and friends. Love this house! We will be back.

Perfect getaway for our family. Beautiful location on the lake. So many “extra-touches” from the owner to make this a luxurious and easy stay. My family enjoyed the bunk room, movies, games, fire pit and dock toys. Thank you!

Perfect Holiday Weekend

Both the house and outdoor space were absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family and friends to enjoy the lake. We had perfect weather to enjoy all the outdoor amenities that were provided. The dock area was extra special as it provided the setting for our daughters engagement at sunset on Labor Day! We would definitely rent this property again!!

Great house!

House was super clean and had just about anything you need for the week! Excellent communication with the owner for anything that was needed. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the house and decks. The location on the water does get choppy with boat traffic. Thanks for providing an excellent place to stay!

Marcy, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay during the week of the 4th of July, and found the house well stocked and clean. Regarding the choppy water, July is the busiest month of the year with the week of the 4th being the busiest of the summer season attracting many visitors to the lake to celebrate the holiday and enjoy the fireworks from their boat. With the increased crowds during the 4th it is expected there would be increased boat traffic and choppy water. Generally, our location and cove is pretty quiet with the exception of a few boats and PWCs traveling past. We would love to have you back and would recommend selecting a non-holiday week to avoid the large crowds and increased boat traffic. Take care and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Perfect house for a family vacation

We absolutely loved the house. Our girls especially enjoyed the bunk room and foosball table in the basement. Amazing deck and view of the lake. We also loved using the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. We can’t wait to come again. The only thing to be aware of is that on busier days there might be some wake at the dock but it was still enjoyable to jump and swim for our girls, ages 7 and 10.

Family Fun

This property fit all of our needs, it was a beautiful location. The kids loved jumping off the top dock and using the kayaks and paddle board. Loved all the different views from the deck and sitting down by the dock having coffee. Had plenty of space for adults and kids. Loved how the inside was decorated especially the book area. Would definitely go back talked about it for next year even before we left!!!!

The house is really pretty and peaceful. We have vacationed at SML before but liked this house and its location more. It’s off a main channel and very close to a no-wake zone. Because we went in late August, there wasn’t as much boating activity. The kids loved jumping off the docks, low and high, and using the floats, SUP boards and kayaks. We enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit and seeing stars in the night sky. Going to SML in late August made for a relaxing stay. And we caught up with the Ice Cream Boat during a day at the state park, a short drive from the house.
