Welcome to Fenwick Island DElight - the most awesome oceanfront home - six bedrooms, five baths - overlooking the extra wide beach at Fenwick Island. This house has 3 floors, and all are spatially connected.

On the 3rd floor: two bedrooms (King and Queen), each with its own deck, on the bay side; and great room (family room, dining and kitchen) facing the beach and including screened porch and open deck with gas grill; and a side deck.

On the second floor: 4 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin), the second family room and the laundry room. The family room and one of the bedrooms access a full deck across the house on the beach side, and a deck for one of the bedrooms facing the bay side.

The ground level provides access to the house from the covered car area, 2 outdoor showers and, of course, each level has access to the elevator.

So who are we? --- We are a family from McLean, Virginia. The “kids” comprise two girls (twenty-seven & thirty-two), one boy (twenty-nine) and recently added, one son-in-law (thirty)!

Why Colleen Sanford & Daniel Ellis chose Fenwick Island

Over the years, we spent our summer vacation in this area – and loved it. We always rented an oceanfront house so our family and friends could have easy access and enjoy the beach – a place to create wonderful memories with your loved ones. Finally, in 2004, we found the beach house we wanted to purchase – a dream come true and a keeper for life. In addition to the greatest location and house, the Town of Fenwick Island is a very special place for families and friends to gather for a relaxing vacation. If you need more activities and/or places to go and see, they are located 5 minutes south and 10 minutes north!

We have many returning families and in fact, they have been staying with us for the past 7 years. We hope you to decide to spend your vacation at DElight and enjoy our beach home as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

Some of the finishing touches to this perfect vacation home include:

Two master bedroom suites (one with a shower plus Jacuzzi tub and the other with an extra-large walk-in shower, built in-seat with dual shower heads on adjacent walls)

---Top floor: great room with breath taking views of ocean, cathedral ceilings, kitchen, gas fireplace, large screen TV, Bose home theater and stereo system (with additional speakers on deck), and direct access to screened porch and open deck
