We are located near the Royal Hawaiian and close to the beach, shopping, cycling, walking and running paths, restaurants, and dining. You’ll love our place because of the great ocean views, elegant decor, and convenient location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Accommodation:

Our studio is fully renovated with upscale finishes, comfortable murphy-style bed, and is very clean. This suite will comfortably accommodate 2 adults.

Our fully-equipped kitchen has a large fridge, induction cooktops, GE Monogram oven/microwave, crockpot and other cooking essentials.

All guests receive a complimentary supply of base cooking essentials like spices, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, condiments and a welcome basket of homemade goodies from the host.

Our studio also includes complimentary WI-Fi and parking.

The unit has 2 beach chairs and one umbrella for your use, and comes with 1 assigned, covered parking stall. If you prefer, we can arrange for safe, reliable Airport Pick-up and Airport Drop-off with William Airport Transportation.

The Building:

The Marine Surf Waikiki is a charming, smaller building with a pool on the 4th floor. It is secure building that requires an electronic FOB for elevator access to most floors.

With both full-time residents and vacationing guests living at Marine Surf, it offers a friendly environment with plenty of character. A Building Manager, front desk, and night-shift security guards are available for emergencies.

Our unit has a digital door lock for your convenience.

Your Hosts:

Staying with APN Lodging means you are dealing directly with the owners and your hosts, Lia and Steve.

We offer personalized attention such as referrals for local fitness activities, surf and bike rentals, and concierge partners who offer discounts.

Lia is a certified personal trainer and fitness/nutrition blogger. She is happy to provide information on running routes, local races, yoga studios, fitness facilities, health food stores, farmers markets, and answer other related questions.

Washers and dryers are located on each floor and operated using an ESD money card that the guest is responsible for loading.

Our Neighborhood:

We are in the heart of Waikiki, only a block away from famous Waikiki Beach near the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. At the center of it all! Nearby are restaurants, shopping, night clubs, and weekly farmers markets. Local retailers include Starbucks, Jamba Juice, and many more. Although pricey, the closest grocery store, The Food Pantry, is 2 blocks away.

Our journey to opening the doors to Aspire Perspire Nourish Lodging & Concierge began way back in the 1990's. Our many travels to Hawaii kept us coming back for more aloha each year. The healthy environment, active living, and plentiful local, fresh food make Hawaii a truly magical place for wellness.

As my passion for fitness and nutrition has grown, my family's health and outlook on eating well has flourished. Together my family and I discovered a whole new world filled with people who share the same passion for living well. No matter where we are in the world, this philosophy travels with us!

Perfect location!

This property is really in the heart of it all. Easy walking distance to beaches, shopping, groceries, restaurants, nightlife, and more. Being a corner unit with 2 lanais was a definite bonus. Lots of light and great ocean and city views. Dedicated parking spot was also a real luxury. The unit was very clean and Lia was helpful and responsive throughout the reservation and rental process. Another bonus was that this unit was stocked with lots of great supplies which made hanging at the beach more comfortable (beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella). We've stayed in Waikiki many times in a variety of buildings condos/hotels. At this price point this location is hard to beat. The cleanliness really exceeded our expectations and this unit was far nicer than others we've stayed at in this same building. There were only two downsides: No AC and some night time noise when windows were open. Neither of these were actual issues for us. Our winter stay was cool enough to be comfortable at night and we live in the city, so I am used to the night time sounds that come with big city life (and if you really need them earplugs were provided). We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back soon!

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
