Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experiance. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.

Your Hawaiian holiday in a luxurious condo will be walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shops and Waikiki attractions

Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Lovely balcony view and short walk to Ala Moana mall. The battery died in the coded door lock whilst we we there but the property manager was up quickly to replace it. Lovely pool too!

Overall a fantastic view of the Marina and Bay. Watched the surfing everday from our large balcony. 3min walk to Wikiki beach fron the building. Building is centrally located to all kinds of shopping, excellent restaurants, food stores. And right on the main bus route giving you access to all the Island. Will definitely book here again.

Big hotel and condo resort. Great waterfront location in Waikiki. View is great out balcony looking at marina and ocean. Nice kitchen. Hotel/condo development is a little older 50 years. Room shows a little age. Nice pools and bar / grill. Close to Ala Moana mall with restaurants and shopping. Only complaint they want you to take off shoes in room and floor needs a good wet mop. .

Ilikai location really good: close to lagoon and marina. Room was just ok. Feels run down and cleaning needs to be more thorough - left coffee grinds in the coffee maker, multiple hairs on the bedding. View is very nice - pool is basic. Bed and sofa bed and pillows not very comfortable. No sponge provided for dishes. Tiny shampoo, body wash and conditioner given for family of 4 for 6 nights? Full sized fridge and plenty of towels; laundry unit on floor is convenient but is shared and must pay 3.50 per load for wash and dryer separate.

Great Condo

The condo was just as advertised. Wonderful view. Everything you need is there. Location is great. Walking distance around the lagoon to other hotels and beach. If you want to take the bus, it is right outside the building. Fun hula show and fireworks on Friday evening. The stay here was perfect. I highly recommend this property. I hope it is available when I go back next March or early April.

Great location.

Nice sunset and ocean view from balcony. Close to Ala Moana mall (we got groceries at Foodland). Very close to beach (no huge waves due to coral reefs with little fish and turtles) and can surf too. Full kitchen with utensils and blender for morning smoothies but would change fry pans. Parking is expensive but we used uber and Turo.

Unit was nice and has a great view. Location is really convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Only real downsides of the property are 1) getting an elevator takes forever and 2) the only option for parking is valet and the valet area is always full with cars waiting in line for quite a while to get through 3) pools aren't great.

old unit in need of updating

Unable to talk with HVR left msg. When emailed prob with AC just excuses. Unresolved. I owned 218434 u for 10 yrs all 5star ratings. I know what good customer service is. Would notrentwith HVR again will post this on social media.. I have stayed multiple times in the Ilikai.

Fabulous location

This is a small, well kept, well equipped condo in a historic property in Waikiki. The location could not be better— everything you need is a short walk. The view from the lanai is incredible and I am going to miss it! Easy access to beaches, pools and a fun lagoon with many activities for families.

It’s very nice for the money. We could sit on the deck every morning w/o the sun on us. Bed was super comfy. Would’ve been nice to have extra set of king sheets & pillow cases. There is a laundry on each floor, however, I don’t do laundry on vacation. Many of the restaurants on the property were still closed due to COVID effects (people not going back to work yet). There are a ton of restaurants in a short walk. It is a 5 min walk to the beach, it was very easy. The only reason I would not stay on this property is you don’t walk out the door onto a sandy beach.

Great space

We stayed here for our honeymoon trip in June. It was a great little spot. Everything inside was comfortable there was plenty of things to use in the kitchen the patio furniture was comfortable and the view was of course beautiful. We usually rent houses to keep from having hotel noise but in this apartment style condo we never heard our neighbors through the walls or when they were in the hall. The location is off the beaten path between Waikiki and Ala Moana which was great because we got to walk to both sides and didn’t miss out on anything. Only downside was the previous renters had put all the plates away dirty. (I assume the cleaning crew doesn’t pull all the dishes out of the cabinets) so when we pulled them out there was a film on all of them so we had to wash them.
