We loved this place. Great location for what we wanted and since we had a car, the free parking was a definite plus. Very clean and comfy. Our only suggestion would is to have some basic seasonings such as salt and pepper.

Impressively Unfriendly

I'm a regular visitor to Honolulu (10x per year) and a very friendly person. I have to say that I have never been treated so rudely, as a guest. I accidentally misplaced the parking pass that went with the condo (early in my trip). I reported it to the management, with the intention of paying the fee. I was astonished a how unfriendly and unhelpful the staff was. They treated me like a criminal...as if I was the only one that this had ever happened to.

I was never able to get it replaced and I paid for parking for the remainder of my stay. A few weeks after my return, I approved the replacement charge to my card and told them about my experience (email)...No one ever responded.

The unit itself was nice and so is the location ... but if you're looking for the Aloha spirit, you won't find it here.

As advertised, this was a corner unit with an AWESOME view of the beach and Diamond Head. We generally stay at this building when we visit every year because it's conveniently located to family, the night life of Waikiki and easy access to the freeway without having to fight the Waikiki congestion. However, this particular unit is beginning to show it's age. The bathroom ceiling needs some repairs and although the flooring has been upgraded, the owners need to do the same for the furniture.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We try our best to handle any issues that may arise with our units. Occasionally, when problems involving adjacent apartments happen, we are sometime at the mercy of the other owner until the problem can be taken care of on their side. Please be advised that our handy man has fixed the problem with the leak from the unit above. We periodically upgrade the furnishings on units when such items require replacement and the owner is aware of the review and look into such request.
