One block from Redstone's main street for dining, bars, 8 screen movie theater, bowling alley / billiards / arcade / restaurant and even batting cages, this beautifully decorated Fox Point condo is perfect for snow sport enthusiasts and relaxing vacationers alike.

The condo was renovated July 2016. All furniture is new, the kitchen is fully stocked for a chef, gas range, and there are large smart TVs (50" & 32") in the bedrooms, a 58" LED smart TV in main room.

Wifi is fast and free. 150+ DirecTV channels with NFL Sunday Ticket.

Enjoy your company in the open floor plan while cooking, dining or watching TV in front of the gas fireplace. The south west exposure provides amazing sunsets and plenty of natural light from the 8 oversized windows with the privacy of being on the second floor. There are wood slat shutters on all the windows and blackout curtains in the master bedroom for a great night's sleep.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large dual sink en suite master bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower stall. The second bedroom has two Twin XL beds that are comfortable for adults and children alike. A leather sofa and two reclining chairs create a great place to put your feet up in front of the gas fireplace after a day’s adventures.

The private one car garage has racks for six pairs of skis and six snowboards.

Boot / glove dryers (4 pair each) inside the garage entryway and an abundance of hooks to dry snow clothes without cluttering your vacation space.

A full size top load washer dryer are provided also inside the garage entryway.

Redstone and Newpark Town Center are a retail, residential and commercial development that offers a wide variety of dining from fine dining, to pubs and fast food. Boutique shops compete alongside national retailers while music plays from the outdoor speakers on the Redstone main street. There is Whole Foods, Smiths grocery store, and multiple spas and nail salons. Fitness options in addition to the great outdoors are spin studios, Barre, and more than one gym. Redstone (http://redstonecenterpc.com/) along with Newpark Town Center (http://www.newparktowncenter.com/shop) offer as much to do as many small US cities and it is all within walking distances or a short drive from this property. For even more shopping, across from Redstone there is a Tanger Outlet (https://www.tangeroutlet.com/parkcity) and a Walmart.

You will find your stay at this property the perfect location to enjoy all that is Park City, from the largest ski resort in the USA at Park City-Canyons, the Sundance Film Festival, a full offering of outdoor activity for every season, and a full spectrum of dining and shopping. Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton ski areas less than a 40 minute drive for variety seekers. Just 23 miles from the Salt Lake City airport a Park City mountain vacation or escape is easy.

What makes this condo unique

You will be amazed at the quiet of this unit and how close Redstone main street is to the unit. This is a vacation rental but could just as easily be a primary residence as is true for many of the young families living in the neighborhood. You can see the nearest restaurant from the front deck and there are multiple other restaurants next door to the one you can see. An 8 screen movie theater can help ease any weather or tired legs needs or there is also a bowling alley with pool tables an arcade and a quality restaurant/bar. There is even a batting cage facility next to the bowling alley. There is a Whole Food and a Smiths grocery store in the development and more than one spa and nail salon. Beyond all the outdoors activities there are multiple fitness facilities, spin rooms and Barre facilities. Topping it all off is that Salt Lake City and Airport are less than a 30 minute drive. Access, luxury, relaxation, and plenty to do. You will love this location for your getaway!

Great Condo! Great Owner!

We stayed the month of July to escape the AZ heat, and couldn’t have been more pleased. Unit is perfect! Owner, Richard, is awesome! .... super responsive and accommodating. Unit has Direct TV, we inquired about a DVR and he had one put in .... WOW!! Very clean unit with many nice touches, felt more like a "home" than a rental. Very well appointed, comfortable, stylishly decorated, nice furniture, well eqipped kitchen, 3 TVs, BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, garage, etc. The location to Newpark and Red Stone shopping areas is great. Walk to stores, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment (cinema, bowling). Free bus service just a short walk. Was a perfect place for our month stay! Would not hesitate to recommend this property to any of our friends or family. We will be back! Thank you Richard for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great location and perfect for family of four!

Property was well laid-out, organized, and had all the essentials needed for daily living. Especially enjoyed the Aveda shampoo

/conditioner and soaps. It was easy access to pick up groceries at Walmart and visit the Olympic training park. We had an air conditioning unit issue when first arriving but Richard called a technician immediately after notifying him. The air was working shortly after the tech arrived and we had no issues on the following hot days in Park City. I would recommend this property.

Cleanest condo I’ve ever been in.

This was, by far, the neatest, cleanest, most well-organized condo I’ve ever been in. Everything was wonderful, and very comfortable. The only drawback was the master shower is quite small. And while the smell of bleach from the shower made me know it was clean, it was also overwhelming. I would suggest moving to a plant-based cleaner. But the master bath does have a separate tub, that was very nice. It was not a problem for us, as my husband, who is a tall and broad-shouldered man, just used the tub/shower in the guest bath instead. The location was so convenient, as we could walk to almost anything we needed. And having the garage was a very nice perk. Overall, I would consider this rental excellent! In fact, it was perfectly set up for skiers, so we’re considering renting the same unit next winter. Oh, and the rental company texted us as soon as we got there to see if we needed anything. Thank you for everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Another Fabulous Stay

We returned to Richard's condo this year, and it was as lovely as we remembered it from last year. Richard is a great host. He responds quickly and is always helpful. His condo has everything you need for a "home away from home." There are plenty of blankets, towels, kitchenware, plates, silverware, toiletries, etc. He has really thought of everything. We've rented through VRBO regularly for the last 12 years, and Richard's unit is one of our favorite places to stay.

Thanks again, Richard! It's always a pleasure.
