A lovely home. We were greeted quickly upon arrival by a very gracious woman who shared all things we needed to know about our apartment. The apartment was tastefully decorated, with many artworks and books. Just outside, was a wonderful boulangerie, fromagerie, boucherie, and poissonnerie. Everything you need from sweets to eats. There are also a few restaurants just steps away. We were a short walk to The Trocadéro, where it was easy to find a taxi or get on the metro. Shopping nearby as well. The view from the front balcony was gorgeous. Flowers all over the balcony, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Note, it lights up at sunset and sparkles on the hour for 5 minutes until 1am. Fabulous home, fabulous stay, fabulous host.

I stayed in Paul and Dominique’s apartment for a week when I visited Paris with my daughter and 14-year-old granddaughter. It was ideal for us.We chose the apartment because it was just 2 blocks from where my other daughter and her family live. If you don’t have family in the area, you might think that staying in the 16th arrondissement is too far from many of the Paris attractions, but the nearby metro and train stops make everything convenient. And like Parisians, we walked to many places. The Passy neighborhood is safe, relatively quiet, and there are cafes, bistros, boulangeries, patisseries, grocers, and shops all around.I can personally attest that the pull-out couch was extremely comfortable.Paul was an extremely gracious host, quick to answer questions.It was a wonderful week,

This is lovely apartment and is quite a gem in the heart of Passy which is just a wonderful place to stay in the 16th! It is extremely close to everything you need...grocery stores, wine/cheese stores, bakeries and great little restaurants, specialty shops and THE best grocery store ever (La Grande Epicerie). We spent the holiday here and found everything we needed. The apartment is a true 2 bedroom ( w/ option of 3rd w/sofa living room, I believe) but we only used the bedrooms and were very comfortable. The apartment is light and bright and amazingly quiet for being located right in town, super convenient entrance off the main street but then the actual apt. building sits back and it is so quiet. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities that were listed and what you need for a pleasant stay. Great cooking-in kitchen with this really neat glass room/veranda off the kitchen overlooking a garden and a beautiful green space even in the winter :)!We absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved being in Passy. We walked and took ubers, super easy and other transport options are close by as well. Hosts were very kind and left starter groceries including baguette and wine! Greatly Appreciated. Would love to stay here again :) Merci beaucoup!

This apartment is in an excellent location. Metro lines are very close, providing access to all parts of Paris. Shops, groceries, restaurants, and bakeries are all in walking distance. It has lots of space, making it very comfortable. Be aware if you are arriving on the weekend, check in can be awkward. You have to go to a separate place to pick up the keys and access information, which can result in two cab fares. Also, although there are two toilets in the unit, only one can accept solid waste and toilet paper. The other is for pee only. Other than those two issues, we found this place wonderful.

Stephanie’s spacious apartment is lovely! Beautifully decorated with original artwork, darling curtains in the bedroom and bath, fully equipped with anything you might need, including an umbrella and spare adapters! The kitchen has a full sized fridge, including ice cubes (for us Americans who love our ice!), wonderful stove top & oven, Nespresso maker, plenty of pots and pans as well as silverware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and much more! Excellent use of space! We loved the terrace and the bedroom with comfy bed and very nice bedding. Beautiful breezes come through the windows! The neighborhood is fantastic! A 5-10 minute walk to coffee shops, markets, lots of good restaurants and even a hair salon that Stéphanie recommended for me! (Le Salon, book online). We felt like we lived in Paris, not just visiting! Stephanie was very accessible, always quick to answer questions or give information. Her book about the apartment covered everything. We certainly give her apartment the highest recommendation and we can’t wait to return again! Thank you for everything, Stephanie! Merci!
