  • Wonderful place to stay!

"Perfect location to visit all the sights! Everything you need is close by. Grocery store across the street. Wine store, patisserie, boulangerie, great restaurants just outside the door. Lovely, modern apt. Perfect for 2 people. Joly, the property manager, was wonderful. Met us at the apt after arranging a taxi from Gare Nord. Was able to answer all our questions. Explained how to run the dishwasher and the clothes washer. Was readily available if we needed anything. The apt is in a very nice area and easy walking distance to the Arc de Triumphe and the Eiffel Tower. Felt very safe even walking home at night. I would definitely come and stay here again. Taxis are very expensive. I would avoid them if you can. AirFrance bus to the airport would be a better idea."

  • Beautiful appartent, logistically perfectly placed in the 16th.

"The apartment is amazing, absolutely the best appartments I have ever rent in Paris. It worth every euro spent. Only three things where not perfect: cleaning! Not clean enough compering the standard this kind of apartment should achieve. This appartment is advertised as 6 persons but the third room is for two kids, should be advertised as 4+2. And last but not least, the appartments was provided with any type of electrodomestics, amazing, even Nespresso coffee machine, but you cannot provide Nespresso machine and not give me some espresso cups! Ahi, ahi, ahi. Summarising for me a good 9 out of 10. I would recommend this apartment to everyone want to enjoy life in the 16th and surrounding!"

  • What a wonderful place to stay in Paris!

"Our family enjoyed the roomy two bedroom apartment for several days in early August. It is comfortable and has very nice amenities. It is on a bus route that takes you right into the heart of town in a 10 min ride or over to the Champs Elysees in 5 min and is close to the RER for Versailles as well. The Dubans are a very nice couple that support your stay with suggestions and maps and kindly meet you on arrival to explain things. It was such a pleasure to have this place for our visit."

  • Charming & Relaxing Chateau

"We had a group of 12 adults and 8 kids between the ages of 2 and 19. First I would like to just say hats off to Christophe and Florence the driving service and property manager. They were AWESOME!!!!! We decided against renting a car and they were great with picking us up and dropping us off at the train. If I had any issues I was able to get in touch with someone very quickly and that made for a great trip. I also recommend their airport pick-up car servic, the house can be hard to find so we didn’t take the chance and I am very glad that we used their service. The house is nice, it is an old house but it looks just like the pictures so no worries. It is very charming and quaint. We cooked breakfast every day and about 4 dinners. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need. There is WIFI and depending on your phone service it worked great. There was TV but I recommend bringing movies or something with Netflix if you have small children because the stations are limited but we honestly didn't watch much of it and also your own music box or music traveling station. We took the train pretty much every day so I recommend purchasing a week pass and that way you can come and go. We scheduled rides with Christophe and Florence to and from the train. There is nothing within walking distance so if you decide not to rent a car you will need to make plans for shopping, etc and that can be easily done with Richard. There was a flood in the area prior to our arrival so the play area outside was a little messy for the children but after a quick clean they were good to go. The play area is awesome and keeps the children busy. A few things to keep in mind: The maid service does not come while you are there, only before and after so you are responsible for all cleaning, etc during your stay unless you schedule ahead of time and I do believe there will be a charge. We stayed 9 days and it was fine. Florence or Christophe does not speak English but that was not an issue, we used Google Translate and made out just fine. Don’t forget to bring your electrical converter for your electronic devices. You can pick one up in the city if you forget but you will need your phone so I wouldn’t chance it. Thank you Richard for allowing us to share your home for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you for your constant communication and quick response time. I would definitely stay here again, until next time. Best Regards, LaTonya"
