Very well appointed apartment with several thoughtful additions eg anti mosquito spray. The view from the balcony is awesome and the location being so near to Flagler Ave is the icing on the cake. The host, Darrick, was very helpful and prompt to reply to any requests especially when there was a small problem with the door lock. Already looking forward to returning next year.

We had an amazing time. The unit was nicely updated, had everything we needed for the week, and the view was spectacular. Another perk was being within walking distance to Flagler Ave where all the local restaurants and shops are. We loved our stay so much that we've already booked it again for next year. If you're looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach at an affordable price, this is the place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo had the most beautiful view of the ocean. You could lay in bed and watch the sunrise or grab a cup of coffee and sit out on the balcony. Loved loved loved it!

The condo was in great condition with beautiful views! With a toddler we loved the fenced area of the beach on condo property. It was too cold to use the pool, but the two pools are a good size with lots of chairs.

Views from the balcony were top notch, the balcony was the full length of the condo. Everything was clean except the floors could've used a better cleaning. Building was in great condition and pools were heated as well as super clean! Easy walk to Flagler Ave where all the shops/dining is, would definitely stay here again! Staff was very helpful and nice.
