Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a two bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved our stay, it was like a mini apartment. It was close to the main strip and the staff was super nice. Loved the quick check in and out. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Nice, but dated!

Property was great for walking to attractions.Loved the fact that it had two bedrooms/two bathrooms. (Perfect for our visit). Condo itself is VERY DATED!!! And has a musty smell. Honestly if this place had some remodeling, it would be the perfect place to stay!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very dirty, smelled and was in extremely poor conditions.Black mold in several locations. Water damage everywhere. All the furniture in both bedrooms looked like it was picked up from a trash dump. Linens had to have been gotten from a yard sale. This place was filthy. I have plenty of pictures. Black mold causes fungal lung infections someone is gonna get really sick staying in this condo.I requested someone to contact me but no one has. Location is the only thing good about this place. Only contact was booking.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 212 was ok but could use some TLC. Blinds in both bedrooms were broke. Some of the outlets did not work. Showers had to be spaced out or someone ended up with an ice cool shower, there was not even enough hot water for 2 people to take back to back showers. Few years back we had stayed at another condo in this complex and it much nicer. If we stayed here again it definitely would be a different condo.

The condo was very dirty, with cobwebs in every corner. The curtains didn’t cover the windows fully, window blinds were broken, beds woke us up from our sleep because they were so squeaky, none of the sink faucets turned off properly, there was water/ceiling damage in two rooms, bedroom furniture was outdated and barely functional, wall in one bedroom had a hole with smelly air coming through, none of the tv remotes had batteries. It was bad. The condo itself has great potential, but needs some serious TLC and investment before being rented out again. Great location far enough from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but a convenient short walk away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well it was in an excellent location in relation to Gatlinburg strip, very easy to get to and walk. But there were a few issues with room.b fireplace did not work, faucet in kitchen sink and faucet in master bath leaked and dripped. When we arrived at check in, room was not ready, had to wait for an additional 35 minutes or so, that was ok. Beds made noise when you roll over or move around. Unit was clean and in great location. Remotes did not work in master bedroom and tv in other bedroom only had 3 channels.freezer on frig, needed to be defrosted.

DISAPPOINTING!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the condo looked nothing like this picture. No chairs in the living room, only a worn out couch. The sliding door handle is broken and won't lock. The carpet if disgusting and filthy. The TV remote in the spare bedroom did not work. The condo has a small dorm room size refrigerator. Very old and outdated decor. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money. When we tried to check out, the office was not open and we could not leave the keys in the box. So I called the number and got a voicemail that said the mailbox had not been set up.
