Quaint, Comfortable, and Well-Stocked

We loved our stay at this quaint condo—it had everything we needed for a relaxing long holiday weekend while exploring the Keys. The kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of space for evening gameplay, and the beds were extremely comfortable after long days out and about. For future guests’ awareness: parking is just a short walk away, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be a bit challenging for elderly guests when carrying luggage or groceries. Overall, a charming, peaceful spot we’d gladly return to!

The property is very nice, we had a great time. The rental is fully equipped, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas all provided. The location is very convenient. Owner was very helpful.

A Fantastic Getaway in the Florida Keys

Very clean and well-kept property located in a very desirable spot in Marathon, FL, on a lagoon outlet. Easy access to countless restaurants, stores, beach, aquarium, 7-mile bridge, etc - everything inside 15 minutes. Nice and clean community pool. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. Owner is very accessible, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great Home as Advertised

The house and property were as described and our communication with Sean was easy and straightforward. The home was clean and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We loved the pool and sunrise and sunsets in the multiple decks were amazing.

Great place, wonderful location.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as promised. The property manager contacted us prior to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and offered to give us local recommendations. House rules were reasonable and the check out procedure was a breeze. We'll definitely consider stay here in the future.

Great place to stay!

Sean’s house is really nice, comfortable, clean and convenient! We’ve stayed in several houses in Coral Lagoon, and this is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend and we will be booking this one again. Great view as well!

Immaculate and Great Location!

8 of us stayed at the house to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Easy to get to, great amenities, and an hour from Key West made our stay perfect! Cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and used the grill on the back porch. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again without hesitation!

Marathon Villa

I can’t say enough about our stay. The location was great. Even though we were right off of US 1, our villa was very quiet and we had no traffic noise. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching boating / kayaking activity. We even saw a dolphin. The villa was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Whenever I reached out to Sean, he was VERY responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay, and in the future we will certainly stay again.

We were so happy with our stay in Marathon - Key West. This property is beautiful and managed extremely well. We had no issues with the property. Our communication with Sean was professional and he helped us with any questions we had. The pool at this property was amazing & well kept. One of the many reasons we will be back. Key things we loved about the property: -decor and layout -cleanliness -pool -full kitchen + Keurig and kcups -bathroom accessibility -a squaty potty!!! -two decks -the view One note for other travelers, the sign at the property is a little hidden and the gps takes you past the property.

Marathon rental

Very clean, well-stocked rental unit. Owner easy to reach for any questions, very helpful, great communication. It was so helpful to have a notebook there so we could look at recommendations for area attractions and restaurants among other house rules and instructions that were well spelled out. We tried a couple of the restaurants and they were truly excellent. Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet location in the middle of the keys. We really enjoyed and relaxed on the front porch. Would highly recommend this property!

Marathon vacation

Our stay in this perfect townhouse was excellent. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the necessary appliances and gadgets. The owner answered our questions immediately and everything went smoothly. The property is situated next to canals and marina and has a beautiful view from the lower and upper deck. We would like to go back.

Coral Lagoon is one of the premier boutique properties in Marathon. Situated in the middle of the Florida Keys, you'll experience the best the Florida Keys has to offer. From fishing to swimming to water sports, you'll find something for everyone. My villa unit 2 offers one of the best views of the water from both floors. Located directly on the water, you can fish right from the backyard! My unit was renovated within the last several years and offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony and patio both have seating so you can enjoy the view! We have many repeat guests and we would love to have you as well!
