About this property

Rackers Retreat is a comfortable 2 bedroom "home away from home" beach house on the beachfront with stunning views of Hardwicke Bay. Can accommodate up to 4 guests (say ... 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 children) - main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed with bunk suitable for a child. Just need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and toiletries. Toilet paper, tea towels, dishwashing supplies, tea, coffee and sugar for your use also provided.

Also has a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) open dining area and lounge with TV, DVD and stereo. Laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle airconditioning in lounge area, ceiling fan in main bedroom and tower fan for second bedroom.. BBQ, fish cleaning facilities. room for boat and undercover parking.

Take in the views of Hardwicke Bay, stunning sunrises, while relaxing on the front balcony.

Excellent fishing and for your convenience there is a boat ramp or fishing off the jetty.

Do a bit of 4-wheel driving around to Flaherty's Beach or take in the magnificent Innes National Park a few kilometres away.

Point Turton also has a Tavern for a cold beer or two, coffees and meals.

There is also the General Store for fuel, takeaways, groceries, fishing supplies and bait, home made pies, pasties, cakes and their well known "Witchety Grubs".

Quilts and pillows provided.

Minimum of 4 nights stay at Easter.

lovely home

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights.really relaxing. Great view of the ocean.the moon was incredible.house was so clean.every thing there that you needed. Lovely lady next door with a beautiful dog Bailey. The people at the local shop were very friendly. Had a great time just chilling out.

Lovely house with everything you need

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights on a spontaneous trip to Point Turton and were very impressed. I booked a few hours before we planned to arrive and found the host very happy to organise everything quickly for us. Everything was clean and tidy with a lovely view from the balcony and the bait fridge was very handy :)

Stunning location

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Rackers Retreat on Turton, beautifully maintained, cleaniness was outstanding with all amenitites covered. Location was simply gorgeous with magnificent views. We will definitely be back again!!

Well priced well located well appointed

It was very clean with a good bed and nice view over the water. It was a fair price and very clean. It would have been useful to know that the key was for the second door. Not the door at the top off the stairs. Which we both spent 5 minutes trying to open the door. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Point Turton

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home at Point Turton, great location right opposite the beach. The house had everything we needed, was extremely clean and overall a wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back one day, thank you for having us.
