About this property

You and your guest will completely relax in your comfortable and inviting beach getaway with all the comforts of home. This charming villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps seven with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen,and a separate dining room.
When it time to venture out, you are just a 3 minute golf ride ( golf cart included ) to the wide beach, where you will enjoy designated, private parking right at the famous beachfront Conch Cafe. Only a few blocks from your villa is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Right near by is your community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park.
After a fun day in the sun, come home to a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on your cool, Magnolia - shaded front porch while the hamburgers cook on the convenient grill. What a great place!! " Come relax! "

Great getting away

We love oceanside village and are glad to come back again. The included golf cart was great and home had enough to make stay comfortable. Would be nicer to have a few extra rolls of paper towels and toiletries when arrived but otherwise great stay.

The house was nice, the location to the pool was plus. The use of the golf cart was very convenient for trips to the beach. Communication with owners was very good. Will definitely consider this home again.

Great location and clean property

This property is located well within shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away. I especially enjoyed the walkability of this neighborhood. This is a very family-friendly, quiet neighborhood. Property owners were very accommodating and kind.

The Perfect Vacation Home

This vacation home was a great get away for the whole family. Beach is close by, pool walking distance and park for little ones. You get a lot of extras with this home away from home. You get golf cart, outside grill if so inclined and lots of TLC. Looking forward to this next trip.

We had a good visit

The indoor pool was closed part of the time due to needed repairs. And I wonder why Rose reality rents access key card for 10 and you get your money back when you turn it back in.But Vrbo renters get charged 30 and only get 10 back from it’s like the Oceanside village hates Vrbo renters

Had a very pleasant experience. The rental was nice and the neighborhood was relaxing. The home owner of our rental was super friendly and helpful. The kids all had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back again for our next vacation

The Baucom's and Barker's fell in love with Oceanside Village while vacationing years ago and have been returning here every year since. We purchased this villa together in the fall of 2016 and are anxious to share it with others. We are all close to retiring and have been traveling together for years. We are all from the Charlotte NC area but consider Oceanside Village second home.

Why they chose this property

We visited Oceanside Village for several years and always enjoyed the area. The Village is always improving existing recreational area and continually adding new ones. The area is close enough to Myrtle Beach to visit the attractions in that area but far enough away from the congestion and traffic. The villa is within 5 miles the Marsh Walk, Golf, Fishing Charters, fishing pier, flee market and many of other family activities.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you walk in the front door you feel like your at home. Everything is there for your vacation. The home is centrally located to all amenities but nestled in a quite corner of the village. The area is safe for bike riding, walking or just taking a golf cart ride through the streets or to the beach.
