Private Beachfront Access: Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean via our private beachfront parking, which includes outdoor showers and restroom facilities. Access to this parking lot is $30 CASH ONLY and must be purchased at the main office upon arrival.



Swimming Pools:

Hickory Grove Pool: A large outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, refurbished in 2011.

Oasis Pool: An indoor pool area featuring a kiddie pool, ideal for year-round swimming.



Fitness Center: Equipped with treadmills, a recumbent bike, an elliptical machine, free weights, and more. A nominal fee is charged for access.



Recreational Facilities:

Playground: Designed for children under 12.

Tennis Courts: Two lighted courts available day or night.

Baseball Field: Open for all to use.

Volleyball Court: Located next to the Community Center.

Horseshoe Pits, Bocce, and Basketball Courts: Equipment available upon request.

Library: Located in the Activities Center, offering a selection of books and two computers with internet access.

Fishing: Lake fishing is permitted in designated common areas; surf fishing requires a saltwater fishing license.



On-Site Dining: The Conch Café offers beachfront dining with an extensive menu.

Getting Around:

This property is equipped with a 6 seater golf cart and 2 Electric bikes for guests to use

We want to ensure you have a clean and comfortable stay! Please rest assured that we change and freshly launder all linens, including comforters, sheets, pillowcases, and towels, between every guest. Your comfort and hygiene are our top priorities, and we take great care in preparing the space for your arrival.



We know traveling with little ones can be a lot. To make your stay easier, a highchair and Pack ’n Play are included with this rental and free for you to use—one less thing to bring and more peace of mind during your trip.
