Beautiful Home in quiet Mapleton hills historic district. Walk everywhere! Enjoy hiking, cycling and great walking all out our front door! 5 min walk to Mt Sanitas trail head and hiking. Private fenced yard with patio to relax and enjoy the sunny Boulder weather. Your perfect home base to explore Boulder and the Flatirons!

Newly renovated and updated with all brand new furnishings! Back deck with views of Sanitas. Quiet and peaceful fenced front yard with outdoor covered seating area. This home was just newly renovated and furnished. Bright and open, you feel like you are living in a treehouse! Large Master features a work space and King sized bed. 2nd bedroom has large wardrobe for storage and views into the treed back yard. 3rd bedroom with double bed or inquire about option to remove bed to create an office space!

*Also please note this is an up/down duplex. The suite is the main/top level suite and there is a separate basement suite with tenants. Basement tenants have the back yard and completely difference entrance and units are separate but share the same building

*high power quiet window AC units. The home is very well shaded as well so stays nice and cool in the summer

Angry at a ruined vacation!

Middle of July, 90+ degree heat, traveling with two very young children and the owner of the property doesn't bother to mention there is no air conditioning until it's too late to find an alternative arrangement!?! The house was cute and would probably be fine another time of the year, but our family vacation was a miserable experience due to lack of disclosure. I didn't think this was something I'd need to verify in the year 2017.

Everything fine - except no A/C in summer

Everything was totally fine except I would not rent here in the summer again. With no A/C, the house did not cool down even at night. I thought it would. The living room was unbearably hot. There's window-ish units for 2 of the bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom did not cool down much at all. Hate leaving a review like this b/c everything was alright (maybe provide some shower stuff like shampoo/soap) but myself and the 2 other guests could not sleep b/c of it.

Our stay was wonderful! Great little house with just what we needed. Lots of light and overall just a relaxing place to stay. The location is great - walkable to Pearl St and a near by shopping center. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive for the few questions I have. Definitely a place I'll book again!

Not for everyone but definitely sufficient for or stay

Wasn't warned of the tendents living below or that you have to take your shoes off upon entering due to the noise below. But after or fiat night and receiving a message that we were too loud it became clear we were not Kent for this property. Other than that it was a good stay and was reasonably close to pearl street for walking but we ended up driving most of the time. But had a great time and love Colorado and the people!

I loved my stay, but some improvements were needed

Overall we had a great stay. Yeah house heater didn’t work well. It was either too cold or too hot with no in between The window could have had curtains or coverings so the light form the light post did not shine brightly in the rooms. This made it difficult for the little one to sleep

Great Boulder getaway!

We had a great last minute stay here. The owner was friendly, helpful and fast to communicate with, we really enjoyed the location and the home was perfect for 4 adults and a child. It was pretty warm but the fans & cooling units kept the heat at bay and the covered outdoor sitting area was great during the light evening rain. Thank you!

Quaint Girls Weekend

Great place in a great location

We had lots of family in town for our son's wedding, and we rented this place for my sister-in-law, her two adult sons, and their partners (5 people). They loved staying here--the three bedrooms were perfect, they said that the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They cooked and enjoyed an elaborate breakfast each morning. They didn't use them, but were impressed to see that the kitchen included a small washer and dryer, which would have been super convenient if needed. The whole place is very pleasingly decorated. I have a friend who lives close by who popped over to see the place and she immediately decided that she'd like to rent it too for family that will be visiting her this summer.

A Boulder Gem...

After hours of searching online for a place to stay in Boulder that would suit our family of six, we stumbled upon this gem! A complete kitchen was a must, rooms for our older children and a common space. A short distance from Pearl St. and hiking just up the road allowed the use of a car to be minimized. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood the overall space was efficiently comfortable. The owner response time was quick and kind and answered any questions that arose. She made the stay pleasantly stress free. We look forward to staying there in the future.
