Gorgeous three bedroom, three bath unit overlooking the Anna Maria Sound and Intracoastal Waterway. Anna Maria is just a five minute drive across the Manatee Bridge. Watch the Osprey from your screened balcony while sipping coffee or watching the nightly sunsets. This stunning unit has two master en-suites with King sized beds and a third guest bedroom and bath. Spacious open kitchen with a center island. Great for entertaining and cooking all your culinary delights.
There is a rich array of amenities for short term (less than one month) stays including, covered parking, free Wifi, private resort style, heated pool and cabana area, childrens tot lot and splash zone and BBQ area with picnic tables. Staying long-term? You will have access to Harbour Isles community as well, with private beach, club house, restaurant, work out center and sky bar.

Condo includes a single cup Keurig coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker. This condo comes equipped with beach towels, regular bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. The condo has 2 blowdryers (1 for each bathroom).

Beach equipment consists of 6 beach chairs, 10 pool noodles, 1 boogie board, 1 umbrella, and an array of beach toys.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at unit 102. Perfect size place and excellent amenities. We definitely recommend it to a family that wants a lot of room and plenty to do.

Great stay! Amazing views!

This condo was impeccable! So clean and beautifully decorated. There were great restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed walks around the lake at this property and also Robinson Preserve. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and the kitchen was perfect! Our grandsons loved the pool when we weren't at the many nearby beaches.

Nice condo

We stayed for a week at the end of July 2021. The condo is very nice as is the complex it's located in. The views from the deck are amazing. The close proximity to Anna Maria Island is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property

This is an extremely well maintained condo in a very nice development. The condo was exactly as pictured and the comments in other reviews were spot on. The unit is very quiet, it is light, airy and provides a relaxing getaway. The location is a huge plus. It is close to everything you need, but not in the middle of vacation/tourist congestion.

Endless perfect views

I absolutely loved staying in this beautiful unit!!! This was my 4th rental unit while I was visiting and this unit was my favorite!! I had gorgeous sunsets, Ospreys, and rabbits to watch every day. The unit itself is well appointed. The beds were big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything anyone needed. The property management was wonderful to work with too! Thank you again!!

Condo was beautiful. Association was horrible

We traveled with myself my husband my daughter her husband and 10 year old. The condo was very nice. Just Missing a few items…. The association of the condos decided to update the fob machine at the entrance which made it unsecured anyone could enter. I felt the pool for short term guests was small for the amount of renters. It was a great location.

Beautiful Complex. Great location. Condo could be better stocked.

One Particular Harbour is a beautiful complex in a great location on Anna Maria Island. We have stayed there multiple times. This unit was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sunset. The issues we had with the condo were with how it was stocked. We would expect a beach condo which advertises a pool and BBQ complex, as well as a kitchen for cooking all of you culinary delights to be stocked accordingly. The condo came with 4 ratty beach towels and equally ratty small sand chairs. No BBQ tools to speak off and a few cheap plastic plates and drink cups for the BBQ area. No outdoor appropriate wine glasses, cocktail glasses or platters. The kitchen was decently stocked with kitchen equipment, but no condiments, foil, plastic wrap or even minimal spices to speak of (except a small shakers of salt and pepper). 2 of the 3 outlets in the kitchen (4 of 6 total plugs) did not work. (We tried to reset the breaker but the plugs are actually shorted out). 1/2 roll of paper towels left in the kitchen. A partial roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom. We did not expect to be fully stocked, but some basics for the first few days would be courteous. The Roku TVs as shown in the photos are very nice. All need new batteries as they work intermittently. We needed to replace multiple lightbulbs (which were provided in the condo). Perhaps the most frustrating thing was that we rented this condo for 7 days and the management company was unavailable except for emergencies for 4 of the 7 days due to the Christmas holidays. Obviously none of this stuff was an emergency, but you can't run a management company and be unavailable during one of the busiest weeks of the year. To summarize -- Beautiful complex. Perfect location. Condo has great potential. Needs to be prepared better for guests. With a few relatively minor purchases, it could be a very nicely appointed unit. And finally --- management company needs to be available for issues.

Dear Maria, Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed One Particular Harbour and the location. It is a wonderful spot to vacation and conveniently located. We apologize that the unit was understocked with items you would have liked to be available. We have made note of this and have updated and repaired as needed. As for the condiments, due to COVID guidelines and general cleanliness, we do not furnish spices. We also do not furnish foil or plastic wrap. We do apologize if you weren't furnished with a full roll of paper towels and two fresh rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. This is a requirement and regret the error if this is not what was supplied for you. Your arrival was on Wednesday 12/22/21 and we were closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the Christmas Holiday. (Friday Christmas Eve, Saturday Christmas Day and Sunday). The items that you described are on our "emergency" list with the answering service and we would have taken care of these issues had you called during the three (3) days we were closed. We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday, we just added Friday since Christmas fell on Saturday. We were available to you had you called us as we are on call 24/7 for emergencies, regardless if it is a holiday. In closing, all of your concerns have been addressed and we would love to see you again if your travels ever bring you back this way. All the Best, Management

Our family loved this place and will definitely return. A couple of hiccups with this particular condo, but they were worked out with the management, and we will definitely be back!

Nice stay at One Particular Harbour

Very nice condo. Bedding accommodations were more than adequate and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Loved the kitchen/dinning/living room space. Didn't have some things that we thought would be staples at any condo; plastic wrap, scissors... But overall a very nice stay and pool was nice with good lounge seating!

Very relaxing

A tropical feel but quiet and very laid-back we enjoyed the pool very very much the restaurant right there is excellent if you like to cook out they have two fabulous barbecue grills everything was wonderful
