We spared no expense in our renovation at our apartment. Everything from to the Quartz countertops to the tile shower is new. Brand new heating units, 3 King Size BEDS, Under-mount Sink, New Cabinets, Custom Closets, Spray Foam Insulation All New Bathroom, recently, we added a private deck for outdoor lovers, the list goes on.

Downtown was close and a short walk. Three king beds was great. Great communication with the host. Loved the location. It is the first floor and the other unit was above and tenant wasn’t there until end but when arrived at night was noticeably. Could use another fry pan but we are a cooking group and not always restaurant people. 3 nights in early March. Was a great stay would definitely stay again.

The location was everything! We walked to dinner and breakfast. The place itself was a little underwhelming based on the price we paid. My mattress was lumpy and there were a few areas that seemed to need upgrades or better cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. Without the location I would have been more puzzled by the price.

Wonderful Stay in Brunswick!

Three sisters enjoyed the weekend in Brunswick. This rental was fabulous and it met our needs. A great time together with family just regrouping. we all slept well. We explored Brunswick and hope to return.

Excellent location for a Brunswick excursion

Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants on Maine Street and to the Winter Market/Swinging Bridge. Apartment is as listed - very clean with basic amenities. Parking and king beds were a nice bonus.

Great location

Easy walk to good restaurants and gelato. Property was clean and plenty of off street parking. I might suggest a larger coffee maker. We were 4 adults who had to brew multiple pots.

Excellent facilities and close to downtown

This was a great location. Very close to downtown. Could walk downtown for breakfast or shopping. Just about a mile walk to Bowdoin too. The house was very nice great to have a place a place to go away from the relatives.

Our stay at 35 Cumberland, Brunswick, ME

Overall we found the property to be spacious and very comfortable. We had a good size group of family at the unit several times over the long weekend and found that the space worked extremely well for entertaining. The location of the unit with respect to the main shopping and restaurant area was perfect.

Great spot, close to downtown

This place was great for a quick stay in Brunswick. It’s close to everything downtown and an easy walk to Maine St. Close to restaurants, the natural grocery store, baked goods, and anything you could need. Easy access to 295 and Route 1 for travel north or south. The apartment is great… comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and the kitchen and living room are very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well appointed place and a convenient spot be in Brunswick.

Updated and comfortable

The apartment was neat, clean and updated. It provided a very comfortable stay! The location, near to Maine Street, the center of town, was a two minute drive, yet far enough away from the sounds of a vibrant business area. Local attractions were easily accessible, and a quick jaunt to the Freeport shopping mecca (8 minute drive) was a breeze.

Perfect weekend get away

Spent a long weekend with my brother, 93 year old mother & my dog. Beautiful old architecture that has been beautifully restored & renovated. All new appliances with great retro smaller refrigerator.. All king sized beds with amazing mattresses. Best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!! Holiday getaway

This was an exceptional find, a beautiful old home in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was as advertised and even nicer in person, there are a lot of little things that made the stay exceptional, like a well appointed kitchen, extras that helped make our stay comfortable. We explored the area, local farmers market; Popham beach; Bowdoin museum; fabulous restaurants; holiday festivities in Brunswick and Bath; etc... We would highly recommend this B and B and would absolutely chose it again. D & J

Sasyna and I relocated back to Maine where I grew up with back in 2017 after we brought our first home in Brunswick, it's listed as Little Lincoln in our profile. We had being hosting in Shanghai, China for 8 years till 2020 we lost all the listings in China, but we were glad that we are able to provide more for our guests in Maine over the time.

We've traveled a lot of the countries, we love traveling, so we understand our guests and we are dedicated to host all the guests over the world. We renovated all our listings and Sasyna always tried to decorate the interior homy and cozy so our guests can feel more home. Most our listings have washer and dryer, if the space allows, we always try to provide more convenience for our guests.

Other than hosting, we also love our pet, we are animal lovers, you can see that we host pets. We have a really cute Shiba Inu called Woody, one of our listing's wifi name is "Woodythecutie", lol! We brought him all the way from China, we believe they are family members. Our recent interest is vintage motorcycles and interior design, if you have the same interests, welcome to share your passion with us!

We are less than 1 block behind the Maine street, while you reach to downtown Brunswick, you will find a big variety of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and a famous gelato shop. You can also explore the boutiques and have a picnic in the downtown garden. You'll also love being just 5 minutes from Topsham Fair Mall, where there are grocery, gyms, and shops. I-295 N and S are also minutes away, only 15 minutes to Freeport, 30 minutes to Portland and 45 minutes to Augusta.
