Nestled on the eastern shore of Mere Point in Brunswick overlooking the bay, this modern cottage offers beautiful views, comfortable living areas, and great outdoor space for your Maine retreat. The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with multiple living spaces, and the garage space has a separate 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.
Inside the main house, you`ll find a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, overlooking a sitting area and dining table. The living room TV opens to a covered porch overlooking the water. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). A convenient powder room is located downstairs, and upstairs, you`ll find a full bathroom with a tiled shower and a separate tub. This harmonious layout ensures both convenience and comfort throughout your stay.
The main house accommodates 5 guests. Should you need more space, there is a studio apartment above the garage included with the main house, accommodating 2 or 3 additional guests. The studio offers a queen bed with a trundle that can lift to create a king-size bed. The studio also features a kitchenette, full bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with ocean views.
Just a 2-minute walk from Paul`s Marina, offering marine services and delicious food. The home is close to the Mere Point public boat launch and only a 10-minute drive from Maine Street, Brunswick, offering a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
