This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14382.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = Queen, en-suite bathroom 1, 43” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Bedroom 3 = 2 Twins

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I take a yearly trip to snowcreek with my family and this year we had a great turnout. So much so I rented two cabins . As always it was awesome. We love snow creek but this year the second cabin didn’t have working heat. They did bring space heaters but only had enough for 2 rooms in a three bedroom cabin. Other than that it was great

The furniture and beds are comfortable and in good condition. Appliances are updated and functional. The floor plan and upstairs layout are a convivial place to gather. We enjoyed our week there. The only very minor issues were : almost no water volume and a broken stopper in the upstairs bathroom sink; no instructions for the tv which would have saved some time figuring out the system; a dearth of basic condiments and kitchen supplies. Only one dish towel.We would recommend and return.

Overall a very good experience. The property was in excellent location and the athletic club was the highlight along with the general area of condo we had. Lush green landscape added to the appeal along with cleanliness of outside landscape. The unit was little dated and we were missing a fan which was requested but other than that no complains about the unit we had. Checkin/out process was a breeze. Thanks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this unit along with our son, his wife, and two young boys. We come to Mammoth yearly. The property was in a great location and he layout was perfect. Unfortunately we were there during an extreme heat wave and the unit got extremely hot. There weren't any ceiling or free standing fans to try to cool things down. I do realize that this heat wave was unusual. Our major complaint was that the ignitor for the outside barbecue was broken and being nonsmokers we did not have any matches. The ignitor was literally hanging from the barbecue and I feel that this should have been noticed before renting out the unit and repaired. Management did not have anyone to bring us a lighter. They did come the next day to try to fix it but they were unsuccessful. This was not an open grate barbecue so we had to take it apart to light it which was a safety issue.Snowcreek was in the midst of resurfacing the roads around our unit so it was quite noisy, especially since we had to leave all the windows open. I do understand that summer is the only time this type of maintenance can be done.Overall we were pleased with our rental. It was clean and the amenities were nice.

Overall very Nice . Great location.

Bring extra blankets, towels, coffee mugs, plates, trash bags, etc. The heating system is cold on the lower floors and very hot on the upper floors. Maybe we got lucky on the dates but snow was great. Kids had a blast building a snow slide on the hillside right outside the back door. I think they had more fun there than on the slopes.

Snowcreek is located close to the lakes, restaurants, shopping and hiking. We have stayed at Snowcreek in the past and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend the condos!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. It was great to bring the dogs. Condo was clean and large enough for the 8 of us. The only thing i would have liked is floor fans for the bedrooms and the master room bed had a fitted sheet that was to small. We had to fix it everyday and then it would only stay on for a few minutes.
