A great home for extended family

This home was a great base for our adventures around Aspen/Snowmass. The large kitchen and dining areas were perfect for morning and evening meals to enjoy together before and after our adventures for the day. Plenty of space for multiple generations to sleep and enjoy time together.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. They had everything we needed from kitchen to laundry to pillows, etc.! Very conveniently located with an amazing view. Would 10/10 stay again. There are bears in the area so make sure to follow all of the bear protocols that the house provides!

The house was as advertised and had an amazing view. The property manager was very responsive. The only downside was that you had to pass through the bathroom to enter the main bedroom downstairs. We would rent here again!

Amazing Experience

This home was great for a weekend with friends. Close proximity to the mountain made skiing quite easy. Downtown aspen only 20 minutes away as well. Customer service was exceptional whenever we needed anything around the house. Would definitely return again.

Simply the Best Stay- once again!

Had a wonderful time with my entire family and their friends at our stay with iTrip Aspen! This was our second stay over the past year in the same residence and I thank the entire iTrip team for a great experience! The check in experience was simple, followed by a fully adorned and meticulously cleaned residence, which at times can be a challenge in Aspen. Once again, I appreciate the attention this team has on customer service and the overall trip experience. Hope to see you next year!!!

Great location

The house was conveniently located very close to town for skiing. The management company is top notch. Very quick to respond and help with anything. Without asking they’d even come by to clear snow for us from the patio and driveway. Hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. Excellent house to rent for a ski trip

Simply the best!!

Great experience from advanced communications through check in to continuous follow up and follow through on communication with the staff!! Great property, breathtaking views, not only the kitchen essentials, but all the advanced appliances, allowed for great meals. A hot tub and fire pit allowed true family memories! Amazing! Highly recommend this house and iTrip

This house was really great for my annual ski trip. The location is great: beautiful view of Snomass mounting (even from the hot tub) and just a short walk to the shuttle stop. - Very nice kitchen with high quality appliances - High quality mattresses in all bedrooms - The infrared sauna and hot tub are a huge bonus for recovering from long days of skiing - Very spacious living room and dining area - Mud room with boot/glove warmer is a very nice thing to come home to after skiing Overall, I would highly recommend this house and the iTrip staff was super responsive both prior to and during our stay.

Perfect Home for A Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family ski vacation over New Years at 84 Lemond Place in Snowmass. The house was very comfortable, clean, roomy, and very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the open living space to play games, dine and relax together. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The views are beautiful. Would highly recommend for anytime of year. Also, ITrip was a great company to work with. They were very helpful, responded promptly to any questions we had and did their best to fulfill any needs we requested. It was all amazing!

Great Family Vacation!

We had three families with small children staying here and had the best time! We came during a snow storm so had a little bit of trouble with the steep driveway, but if you park at the top of the driveway and have an SUV then you will be fine! The views are incredible! We didn't use the sauna but the hot tub was great and relaxing. Great layout for multiple families and nice to have kitchen, living room and dining room open and together. The trade off to the beautiful views is that it's a bit of a hike from the shuttle, but you are definitely able to walk if necessary (just not with kids, but it was fine for adults, even in the snow). We would definitely stay here again!

Very happy with the house. Very well appointed for a rental home. We had 11 family members and had plenty of room but the bathroom situation is a bit eclectic (there are three). With 10 people be prepared to share bathrooms. Overall a great home for a group of happy skiers.

Ski vacation

The house was perfect for our two families (total of 11) to vacation together. It was nicely updated, clean, well organized, and conveniently located. The hot tub was a nice perk, along with the boot and glove warmers. We did end up driving and parking instead of taking the shuttle or doing the dial-a-ride, which was always booked. If you don’t want to drive I’d suggest making reservations in advance for a ride. The communication with iTrip was always timely and they were very helpful.

Amazing House, don't miss out!!

This house is perfect for a group or large family. The common area is incredible for gathering and hanging out. We were a group of friends coming in from different parts of the country and just loved being together in the house. It is better than the photos, very clean, impeccably decorated and supplied with updated appliances and audio. The walk is a little long into Snowmass village but we loved being away from others and having a very peaceful setting and stunning views. I have rented many vacation homes and this is by far the best, exactly as described and we are all wanting to return and rent this home again.....excellent on all fronts!
