Limpio y acogedor bien equipado 2BR 1 BA hogar. Nuestra casa está cerca de todo. El hogar es parte de un dúplex. Ambas partes disponibles para fiestas más grandes. Duerme 6-8 cómodamente, 6 en camas y 1-2 en cama de aire reina en el lugar. Calentador de agua a pedido, para que todos tengan una ducha caliente Perfecto para una escapada familiar o un viaje en pareja. This place was perfect for my summer visit to hear music at the Interlochen Arts center. If needed, eight people could stay there! Two bedrooms each, both with a queen bed and a twin bunkbed. It was clean and the host was comminicative. I would definitely return given the chance.

Clean & Comfortable

The property was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels all seemed brand new! Shower products were included and a nice surprise. Hosts were quick to respond and very nice. Highly recommend!

Tucked Away in the Woods

Property was super clean and comfortable, with platt of space as listed. Townsend is close to Crystal Mountain Resort, which is primarily a winter draw, but offers beautiful surroundings in summer. Location is prime for staying in a rural area, with a couple local dining spots nearby. Super close to Sleeping Bear and surrounding recreation lakes. Just little over an hour to New Holland. We used this as a jumping off point for dune and lake adventures on the way north the UP.

Great property!

Omg this place was perfect for our weekend stay. Our daughter attends a nearby boarding school and this was the perfect location and place. Extremely clean, roomy, comfortable, amble supplies, excellent communication from owners, just perfect. Nice hot water and the welcome basket was very inviting! Would definitely book again!

Short stay near Crystal Mountain

The description and photos of the property described it very accurately. The location was great for a guys weekend where we did some mountain biking and played some golf. Check in/out was seamless and the owners were very pleasant to work with. Thanks!

Cozy country setting

Every year for Labor Day weekend we look forward to taking our family on vacation. This year they wanted to be closer to the bestie river. This little condo was perfect and very clean. The property owner Ken & Jen keep in contact through inbox messages. I would definitely recommend rental. Crystal Mountain Ski resort is maybe a mile up the road. 5 Star ⭐️ from the Clark’s!

Home away from home

Nice, comfortable and clean! Very nice amenities to make it a home away from home. The plus was the washer and dryer. We got to go home with clean clothes packed in our suitcases after a week's vacation. The place was close to drive to many places from the Arcadia Dunes, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City to Manistee beaches. Ken and Jen kept communications open with texts and emails. We were lucky to meet with Jen too. Both very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Just a bunch of lying people trying to make some extra money by conning others.

Ill start off with the most important. They charge a cleaning fee, but then expect us to clean the house? We left a small mess and they tried to force me to pay an extra additional cleaning fee when they realized that they would actually have to clean their house. The 90$ cleaning fee is supposed to be for the owner to hire professionals to clean the house, but they decided to try to make an extra buck by doing it themselves. When I got there, I could tell the house wasn't cleaned properly because of the glass table. The table was smudged with all sorts of fingerprints, and especially during a pandemic you would expect them to santize the house, but no, they are too greedy. The AC didn't work, the house wasn't clean, both the front and the back door was broken, the blender was broken, there were cigarette butts everywhere, the ice cube tray was broken (Which they blamed on me), one of the bedrooms had a big hole in it, the house was infested with ants, with no sign of ant traps. I was willing to look past all of this. I didn't want to fight with the owner. This was for my birthday, I just wanted to hang out with friends. The only positive was the closeness to crystal mountain. So, when I left the house we left a small mess. The owner texted me very angrily saying that I left a mess when I knew that they had other guests coming right after, but, 1, if they had guests right after, that means they wouldn't have had time to clean the house, 2, they never told me that they had someone else right after, and 3, they shouldn't have guests right after one another during a pandemic. They also tried to make it seem like we threw a party, claiming that there was vomit on the deck, cake fights, cigarette butts, the house smelling like weed, but that simply isn't true. When they asked for an additional 100$ cleaning fee, I was a little suspicious, so I called VRBO support. They told me that using a third party to ask for money was against the rules and that she was likely trying to scam me. If she really thought that what I did was wrong, they should have gone through VRBO to request an additional payment. However, my group caused no damages to the property. We didn't break anything, we just left a mess, which isn't grounds to make me pay a fine. They implied that if I didn't pay the fee, that they would leave me a bad review. Basically, just find somewhere else. It isn't worth dealing with a crook.

Golf Getaway

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. All amenities described were there and then some. The entire rental process was very easy and the owners communicated very well and the property shows that the owners take pride in the property.

We are avid skiers, hikers, bikers and love the outdoors and all that this area has to offer. Lake Michigan, Traverse City, Crystal Mountain and SO much more are all within such a short, scenic drive! We have an extensive list of recommended restaurants and things to do in the area-we can email it to you if you ask!
