Gorgeous, Newly built 6000 sq ft House that is Modern & has Rustic Charm!

Spanning 3 levels of living space plus don't forget the Tower Room on the 4th level! Enjoy all 4 seasons on the edge of downtown Meredith NH situated directly on the water! This unique location allows for world class boating and sailing on over 72 square miles of water with direct access to Meredith town and surrounding area towns for dining and shopping by foot or boat.

Literally a 5 minute walk to the center of town, It is located in the heart of Meredith NH with 76’ of waterfront to explore directly on Lake Winnipesaukee. The town has grown to be a welcoming vacation destination for many families. The house has 6 bedrooms + plus a bunk room and can sleep 20 people in a bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite. The 50’ waterfront deck has plenty of room to relax and hang out. There is an aluminum 50’ dock on the property. The view of Meredith Bay from anywhere on the docks or the many decks on this property is inviting. Any one who choses to vacation on this property will definitely feel its energy from the happenings in the down town area and the calmness of the mountains and water views, it is a welcoming location.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure water crafts/paddles and life jackets are back on there racks for storage and outside furniture is covered Canoe is tied up
Remote controls are in there appropriate room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House Rules to be read and signed! NO Prom parties, no bachelor, bachelorette or drinking parties. Waivers for watercraft usage must be signed.
Limit late night noise after 11:00 PM to be respectful of our community/neighbors
No Turn around in drive way for trailers. All boat trailers must be stored at the public parking lots. There is one Route 3.

The house is beautiful and immaculate, right on the lake, next door to a rental marina and in walking distance to many restaurants. Perfect location.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Following our son’s graduation from college we were looking for a vacation house that could sleep 16 and was near Boston. We found this spot, which sits on the most picturesque corner of Lake Winnepesakie. The communication with the owner was seamless and they were always available for questions during our stay. The house is comfortable and there are plenty of water crafts for fun on the lake. The house is perfection and created memories for my extended family to last a lifetime.

Amazing!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything (think many keurigs, crockpots, every serving dish, etc.). We had this for extended family at the beginning of the week (3 generations) and then a couple of friends during the week. There was so much privacy! There are no bar rooms.....with 4 king beds, everyone feels like they got a master. The older kids would play downstairs with the air hockey table, foosball & two spaces to watch movies at night (just in the downstairs!). The bunk rooms are absolutely perfect and our 2 & 4 year old played with the slide every day and there were so many toys and life vests for them. The fenced off lawn is so great because my toddlers didn’t have easy access to the water......but the shallow sand beach was perfect for them to splash around in. The canoe & 2 kayaks added some extra fun and theres a great dock for our own boat. Town docks was within walking distance so there were many walks for ice cream. The tile floors made the place look so clean but also made it great for wet feet (easy to clean up). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

Labor Day Weekend 2022 Extravaganza!

Where do I begin? SPECTACULAR HOME w spectacular views of Meredith Bay. Everything inside is custom and of the highest quality. Colors are soothing & flow from room to room. We had 14 people from 9 months to 73 years old. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, covering three levels of living space, as we rented the entire home. Tower room on the 4th level is a bonus! The lower level space is gorgeous as well, w a game room to amuse the boys/men! Washers and dryers on two levels! And a s’more’s set up for the fire pit was such a nice touch! Thank you! This home is in the heart of Meredith. You can walk to everything. Restaurants, gift shops, ice cream parlors, convenience store, the town dock, Hannaford’s plaza and most important….the Case & Keg is across the street! 🤣 We had a small motor boat w us and loved having the use of the home’s dock. An added fun trip are the Tiki Hut boats in Laconia. We rented the Big Kahuna and had a fabulous time! Honestly, you could sit on the massive deck of Symphony Chateau the entire time and take in the views. Sea planes, an Ultra Light aircraft, many boats of all sizes, as well as sun rises and sun sets. It is so relaxing, House is stocked w everything and plenty of storage space. You feel like royalty here. Renee was a gem to work with. Always responding within minutes to any questions you may have. We ALL enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to returning. Cindy & Family

The house was clean, beautiful and the layout was perfect for a large group, it had everything that you need to have a great vacation. Plus it is perfectly located on the lake right next door to a boat rental marina.

50th anniversary celebration

The house was amazing! We really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with everything we could have needed! The air hockey was a hit too. The only negative about the week was (everyone agreed) was having only one towel per person for a week. We had to constantly be washing towels . Also , the master bathroom had absolutely no place to hang a towel(needs a towel bar or some hooks). We really enjoyed the house and our stay! Also the deck was awesome! We hated to leave!!!!! thank you & have a wonderful summer.
