Patio Sisters is among the most urban chic Fredericksburg, Texas cottages, offering four private guest suites within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions.
Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to eight guests.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable King-sized bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity of the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided).
If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location close to all that Fredericksburg has to offer, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters!

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.

Sisters-Claire is a very nice property. Location is very close to Main street and if you wanted to walk you would be able to do so. The room was very clean and stocked with not only bathing towels but towels for the hot tub. Hot tub was clean and ready to use when we got there. There was a burn ban in effect so we could not use the outdoor fireplace which was a let down but did not ruin our stay. The only issue we had was the shower. The water pressure was pretty bad and the temperature control was horrible. It was either very hot or very cold and sometimes would drop from being hot to cold without changing the knob. Other the. The shower issue the stay was nice and the room was comfortable.

Adorable little house. Love the vaulted ceiling throughout. This house is in walking distance to Main St. on a nice quiet street, Very Clean, great bed, and outside area was very nice. It's a great rental for the price. The bathroom was a little disappointing. Not enough counter space, and shower is rustic, no where to set the soap, shampoo, & if you're wanting to shower but not get your hair wet… forget it!

Hot tub jets did not work. Patio furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Water pressure in shower was poor. Shower was either scalding hot or too cold. Shower floor is rock and very uncomfortable. Walls were very thin. Could hear next room over.

The Claire was decorated cutely but not comfortably for a guest. The bed was very comfortable but was difficult to get into due to the height!!! Anyone of average height or shorter would find it problematic to mount. My sisters and I had to think twice about getting up in the middle of the night for anything. The Krups coffee maker worked one morning but not the next. The room needs a comfortable chair to sit in to read. The two chairs and barrel table provided in the corner are cute but definitely not functional for a guest. I had to go outside to the patio to read or use my phone comfortably. I didn't even try to use the TV because I was not familiar with the controls. I think instructions are needed for some of the amenities. The ceiling fan worked but not the light. We didn't even try to use the hot tub. It didn't look that inviting. The size of the room and bathroom were nice. We did love the location and privacy. The room was clean and the towels were generous and of quality. It is a nice property but there are details that need some serious attention.

The room was nice! comfortable just what we needed. Location was great. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and more.I will say a few things that could have been better: the shower head was too high and the pressure was not good. It took a long time to get shampoo out of hair and soap off. The floor of the shower was not level and was slippery. We did use the hot tub one time and it was very nice. At times you could hear a person next door if you both were in the bathroom.
