HOST - No host on property. There are 3 other suites on the property that may be occupied during your stay.
SLEEPS - Sleeps 2 in a King Bed
BATH - Large walk-in shower.
COFFEEBAR - Coffeebar with Keurig, small refrigerator, and microwave
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TV*, WiFi, private courtyard with a hot tub, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

Great location and property!

We absolutely loved the location and hope to stay there (or at another Villa on the property) on a future trip. We also loved the hot tub and all the amenities in the Villa- perfect for a romantic weekend in the Hill country!

Great Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend for our anniversary and had a great time staying here. The location was perfect, convenient to Main Street and walking to nearby restaurants/bars. The room was clean and very nice! Would recommend staying here for a nice weekend getaway.

Great location

If you’re looking for a place close to all the fun, this is it. We had a great time and the accommodations were very nice. We experienced an issue with the AC, but the management was quick to respond and moved us to another property.

VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE - HIGH END EVERYTHING!

Very upscale furniture, bedding and walk in rain shower, etc...WONDERFULLY comfortable bed with high end sheets/duvet that were very nice and cozy! Hot tub on the private patio was a plus! Perfect size for a couple and walking distance to the main Main street! Well worth the extra bucks! Will be back!

The location is great, close to many places we like to go. The bedding is awful. The beige colored sheets looked very worn and even had holes in them which looked like burn holes. The coverlets were dark gray and old looking as well. I think white sheets and comforters are a much cleaner look. Also, the small rugs next to the bed looked worn and dirty. Be warned if you stay on a Sunday night, you will be awaken at 6 a.m. Monday morning by loud garbage trucks emptying many containers ….. I thought it was a thunderstorm!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. It was located perfectly so we could park our vehicle and not move it, we where able to walk everywhere! Only flaw was the parking. It was tight so not moving the truck was a plus.

Get away

Location was great. Shopping, food and drinks are just a few steps away. Property was clean, the toilet had some red stains on the seat I was concerned about but after trying to scrub it I realized it was an actual stain. The walls are very thin we heard everything in the next room. There was a sound machine that helped. We would stay again

Great Location

Great Location, Very Clean, perfect for the two of us. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the unit shares a wall with another unit and if your neighbors are noisy (like ours were, playing loud music past midnight) you will hear them. We had to call the police to get them to turn the music down. I realize this is out of the property owners control, but the sharing of a common wall keeps it from getting 5 stars for us.

Fredricksburg Weekend

Great little place. Convenient to town. Didn’t have any issues with parking like others said in previous reviews. You could hear the neighbors next door a good bit, but wasn’t bad. Floors needed to be swept better and hot tub needed to be cleaned a little better. Toilet paper needs to be better quality. Other than those minor items this is probably the most ideal place you could stay from a parking standpoint and location. Certainly highly recommend!

Happy about everything but the early morning garbage truck pick ups

The place is nice, clean and well stocked with a fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The location is in the middle of the parking lots behind the stores on Main Street. While this is very close to Main Street, there are a lot of dumpsters with different garbage services and they woke us up in the mornings on Friday and Monday.

Cold hot tub

The place was beautiful as ever. But the hot tub wasn't warm enough and the back light was out. We stayed in October and I mentioned it in this same review then, was hoping it would have been fixed to be able to enjoy. In October I sat in the “warm-ish” tub, in the dark. It kinda sucked. So I was hoping it would've been fixed this time, but it was not. Other than the dark patio and not so hot, hot tub it was good. Ohh!!! That door needs a sunshade too! The sun shines so bright on the bed.

Unit was beautiful. We loved that dishes were available, but one thing that would be helpful would be to leave dish soap so that you are able to clean the dishes since there is not a dishwasher. We left them in the sink for the cleaning service, but felt bad having to do that. The other thing that would be nice is to have blinds over the windows. It was overcast when we were there, but on a really sunny day it would be nice to have the option of blinds if you would like to sleep in and not be woken up by a lot of sunlight. The only other downfall is you can hear the guests next to you through the wall. I don't know if much can be done about that, but it's obviously a very thin wall because we could hear them perfectly when they were speaking with normal inside voices.
