Doors are standard so depending on chair, the chair might need to be forlded to get through doors. Bathroom has only horizontal grab bar for standing up in new walk in shower. Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

She is the love of my life. We have twin Rhodesian Ridgebacks & a Rescue dog that was supposed to be Rhodesian Ridgeback/Fox Hound Mix. They are wonderful.

The Ocanside Beach in front of our condo is one of the top beaches in the United states for Surfing, Swimming, Boogie Boarding, Skim Boarding, Tanning, and Relaxing in the Sun. We found our condo by mistake. We had gone to Oceanside to look at a different one. Thank goodness for mistakes. We now own what we consider one of two one-bedroom condoz with the best views and location that rent in North Coast Village. If you want to know why just watch our You Tube video. North Coast Village has everything we look for when we look for a Beach Vacation: A really nice beach with lifeguards in season, A really large aesthetically pleasing pool with its brand new remodeled restrooms and waterfall, A large Jacuzzi, A gym with machines and weights, Billiard Tables, Foosball,Putting Green,Trails with waterfalls, streams and koi pond full of the largest koi you have ever seen. All of this in a gated community with association security patrol, and you will have your own personal parking space.
What makes this Condo unique
Besides Spectacular Views/Convenient Location/Continuous Upgrading, we have four private lockers for bicycles. Our favorite activities sitting on the balcony having a sipping a glass of wine watching and listening to the waves break on the wide sandy beach, walking on the beach, and either sitting in the Jacuzzi or laying out next to the beautiful pool.
