Location, Location, Location! Sleeps 22 in beds!!! Holiday Fin is a beautiful 6 bedroom (+ Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach -
You are already there!

Home is approximately 2900 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with game tables and large flat screen.

With over 1800 sq. feet of outside decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), the Holiday Fin is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups!

Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 15 more!).

Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family. For your LARGE groups you can also rent 2 more homes next door - they have Private Pools also!

Home is located on Surf Drive (West end of Thomas Drive area). Walk across the street to Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet or drive just 3 minutes to Schooner's, Montego Bay, Scampi's, and many other restaurants. Home is also just a short 5 minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Grand Marlin and much more. House is absolutely beautiful.

Beachfront Bliss

Our family vacation is our Christmas gift to all and staying right in front of Gulf water is awesome. This was our second year staying at Holiday Finn.

Family trip

Stayed here for our 40th Anniversary, brought our kids and grandkids. We all loved the house, pool, hot tub and beach. Plenty of room for everyone. The second fridge in kitchen was a big plus.

Family Trip

We came to celebrate my 60th birthday with our family of 20 and had a great time! The house was plenty big for our group of 9 adults and 11 kids, 12 and under. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also loved being right on the beach!!

House is beautiful—plenty of beds and a great upstairs for grandkids to hang out all together! pool and hot tub were great for relaxing—lots of chairs and a big table on the deck for all to have plenty of room! kitchen had every thing we needed. Great having 2 refrigerators with 18 of us! Beautiful beach!!

Holiday Fin

We absolutely loved the house. Large, clean, well stocked kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location. Beautiful views. We would love to stay here again! Only negative, and it was extremely minor, I almost hate to mention it, but the grill was dirty and out of propane. We just changed plans a didn't cook out. No big deal.

PERFECT location and amenities!

We had a big family vacation here and we could not say enough good things about this home. (7 adults, 8 kids under the age of 6). This home has plenty of space, it was clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better setup in terms of amenities. You have your own pool and hot tub, you're steps from a nice, clean beach, and there were lots of fun things nearby for our couple of rainy days. We went to a zoo one day, bought some souvenirs another, and rented a golf cart just down the street. Ben's team was very responsive with questions leading up to our stay. We would love to come back!

Great House & Great Location

The layout of the house, the outside area and location on the beach was perfect for our family's vacation. Plenty of bedrooms, places to sit inside and outside. The hot tub and pool was was a definite bonus after a long day at the beach! Owner responded immediately to all communication. Just a couple negatives...upon arrival we had to wipe down kitchen counters and clean food off the deck floor (cheetos/chips). Also, there were only 11 of us (house sleeps 22), but there were only 9 forks and the kitchen supplies were sparse, as well as towels. Owner promptly brought additional silverware and kitchen towels! There was nothing to complain about - we would definitely stay here again and hope to soon!!!

Fun Week

There was a total of 14 of us that stayed the week and this was two years in a row we have stayed in this house Holiday Fin and I love everything about it! I wish the two queen bedrooms upstairs with the beach view could be king beds but that is a minor thing. All 10 of us adults are use to sleeping on king beds and the only two king beds are downstairs on the front/roadside of the house. This is always the fastest week of the year, too! Thanks for a great stay!!! I love the location of this house and the short walk to the beach, too! The pool and hot tub right out the back door was used a lot more this stay because the beach weather did not cooperate this week so I was very thankful to have this great area! I love Holiday Fin!!!

Spring fling

Had a great spring break with our children and grandchildren. Heated pool and hot tub was just what the little ones needed. House was roomy and everyone had space to have privacy. Had an issue with the hvac system on second floor going out on our last night. Got up to 80 and humid so had to scramble and have people sleep on first floor on couches and doubled up. Maintenance came to look but said it had frozen up and was leaking and had green mold. Also said it was not fixable and would. need to be replaced.

Can't beat the location!

The house was absolutely beautiful and was just steps from the Gulf coast. The sand is white and the water emerald green. We opted for a heated pool since we were there for New Year's Eve and after a small snafu, it was warm as bath water so we could enjoy the pool and hot top even though the surf was too rough to get into the ocean. On New Year's Eve, part of the family went to the 10,000 beach ball drop at Pier Park. They had a blast!! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great get away. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Just a couple things - when it says "hairdryer" in the description, it means 1 hairdryer for 4 full bathrooms. Not a big deal, just be prepared. And it would have been nice if there were pot holders. Again, not a big deal. We were able to take our dogs with us and it was perfect for our family.

Beautiful location and beach could use some touching up.

Pros: The home is a perfect set up for one or multiple families with two masters on the first floor and plenty of rooms and beds upstairs for kids or teenagers. The beach front property doesn’t get any better than this. Gorgeous clean beach steps away from the property. The outside living area is perfect as well with a hot tub and pool and plenty of sitting and dinning areas. The location is terrific being away from the tourist areas but within a short drive helps with the serenity of the stay. Cons: The home needs a good touch up and updating in some areas. We stayed at the end of the busy season so some of these things are to be expected. The hot tube was not working when we arrived but the management company was quick to respond to our messages; however, it wasn’t until the last couple days of our week stay was it fixed and could be used. This was a disappointment. The management company did turn in the pool heater for no charge which was good. The appliances all need replaced. They are all scratched up and some makeshift repairs where made to the handle of the fridge that took away from the upscale vibe. The glass top on the stove was scratched up beyond recognition but it still worked. The kitchen cabinets were in beat up condition with a couple of the doors needing repairs. The kitchen cabinets were in need of cleaning as well. The whole house could use a deep cleaning. The cleaning staff did a poor job. It was obvious the cleaning was quick and not thorough.

Fantastic stay!

Not one thing to be disappointed in. Clean, comfy, roomy! Warm pool for all, especially our 5 month old grandson… no purple lips!!! We left for a few hours and the pool got cold. Less than 10 minutes later, the pool was fixed.

Deteriorating, needs some attention

Bathroom to right as you come in front door , when using hot water in shower , there is a very loud sound from plumbing , heard through out house , there were other issues , but we had a blast !!!

Perfect Relaxing House for Family Trip

This house was perfect for my family’s vacation. The house was very spacious, the house was very inviting and clean, and the decor and furniture had been updated. The covered deck was great to sit under to get the shade. Being right on the ocean, you get the ocean breeze which is really great. Appreciated that there was a wooden ramp to the front door. There were two refrigerators which was great for the amount of people we had. The house is also in a great location to get to most things easily and quickly. My family had a great time here and will most likely stay in this house again on future trips.

Perfect house for large family!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Holiday Fin! Our family was 20 ranging in ages 70 down to 1 . The house was arranged perfectly for us! Very comfortable! Beds were amazing! It was equipped with 2 large stainless steel refrigerators which was much needed! We had a couple issues with a shower and a toilet but was immediately resolved. The heated pool and hot tub on our deck was a hit with everyone! It’s right on the beach. Owners were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Great house with excellent location!

Loved the location, quiet (minus the renters next door but it was a house full of college kids on spring break, luck of the draw)! Pleasantly surprised with the new renovations inside, new furniture, decor etc. ( I recommend updating the pictures on VRBO as it really was lovely) Pool and hot tub were great! Few recommendation: more wine glasses and coffee mugs, there were only 5 for a house that sleeps 20. Extra bed linens. We didn’t have any extra blankets for the pull out trundle beds and the extra pillows provided did not have pillowcases. The fireplace was not working which was a little bit of a bummer for those chilly nights. Little things like this can really set the place apart from the rest! Overall loved our stay and would definitely book again!!

Beautiful Views

Lots of room to park and live. Pool was fun and clean. The hot tub worked great. The showers worked so well. Lots of water pressure and there is a restroom for everyone. Location was great if u want a little space between you and everything else. Just remember to bring basic things since it doesn’t stock things like garbage bags, kitchen sponges hands soap and those little things that folks like me from out of state needed to buy. Great place tho if h we would love to return.
