I really strive to continuously improve this house and make my guest experience better and better. I just finished my latest round November 2016 and it keeps getting nicer. High Speed Internet and I just bought a brand new hot tub March 2014. Great place to escape from Portland and get your work or studying done. Beach is two blocks away. Lake is one block away. Remodeled beach cabin with 50 inch flat screen TV, Apple TV, DVD Player, New Living Furniture July 2016, Cable, Stereo with IPOD hookup, Barbecue, bamboo floors, newer beds. Kitchen with slab granite countertops and snackbar. Fair warning that the kitchen is nice but the floors are wavy. Dining room table seats 8. Excellent for those with kids. Washer, Dryer, Clawfoot bath tub. Bath off of master with New Sealy Posturepedic Queen Bed and new 560 thread count sheets and a cozy down comforter with Percale Duvet.. Sliding glass door and deck off of second bedroom with a full size fold out futon. Third Bedroom has a bunk bed with a new Sealy Full Size Mattress on the bottom, 560 Thread count Sheets and Down Comforter on the bottom and a twin up top. You can see Twin Rocks from in front of the cabin. New ductless heating and A/C unit. Two blocks to the best beach in Rockaway which is directly in front of the Twin Rocks. Parking for an RV on the side. Great swimming and fishing in Spring Lake which is one block away. Good Boating less than one mile away in Lake Lytle. Garibaldi is about 4 miles away with Ocean Fishing access. Mountain Biking 1/2 mile away. Most pets are fine with an additional $35 cleaning fee. Two night minimum $60 non-refundable cleaning fee. $100 refundable security deposit. 7 people maximum. 3 day minimum Memorial day.

Why Tom Cooper chose Rockaway Beach
Rockaway is a great town. This property is close to the beach and in a great spot for multiple adventures with the kids or a special someone.
What makes this Cabin unique
It's nice to relax in the hot tub after a walk at the beach. The high speed internet makes it a great place to work or study away from home for not too much money. Beds are super comfortable and everything you need is provided to have a relaxing vacation.

Everything was great!
Everything was well kept and exceeded our expectations. Thanks, Tom!
Great little beach cottage. Just right for a family outing.
Plenty of common space and entertainment options on the TV. Easy walk to the beach. Quick access to town, shopping, restaurants. Quiet location, not fancy, but just right for a family with young children and pets. Nice little hot tub, but check the temperature on arrival as it takes a while to heat up. Nice deck to hang out on. Plenty of towels and linens. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.
Great Beach Cottage
Had a really good time.
sloped floors add to the experience here.
Clean and neat.
The Salmon were biting
Really enjoyed our stay, nice quite cabin. The cabin is very nice with all one
one would need for a great holiday. The owner ":Tom" has done a great job in keeping the
place in great shape. I really like the area as I was able to park my boat trailer
while I moored my boat. The cabin is also close enough to the ocean so one can
hear the surf on the beach. Yes we caught some nice King salmon.
Hope to be back in a year
