Rest comfortably with the following sleeping arrangements:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed

Your safety is paramount, with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, outlet covers, flashlights, deadbolt locks, and motion-activated outdoor lighting. Furthermore, we utilize non-toxic, hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize the entire home prior to each new guest arrival.
Our attentive hospitality team is on standby 24/7 to address any questions or concerns during your stay. Enjoy a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before your stay, and trust in our industry-leading damage protection plan.
Cancellation policy for Entrada at Moab 624:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% for all nights.
Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
On channels where Empty Spaces is the merchant of record and remits lodging taxes, the total rent will include all applicable state and local taxes, which may change at any time. Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest's final invoice.
Please note that this policy supersedes any policies from third-party booking sites (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com). These sites may charge non-refundable service fees, which we cannot control. Any refund requests or discrepancies regarding service fees must be directed to the booking site. This policy is subject to change.
