Great get away surrounded by mountain air!

What an amazing location and experience. Host Paige was amazing and helpful. The location was quiet and close to everything you could need. The house was stocked and the hot tub hot. Would visit again in a heart beat!

Beautiful Views and Convenient Location!

This condo was great for a long weekend in the mountains. Views from the back patio hot tub were astounding, and we enjoyed the condo's location relative to downtown Fraser and hiking trails. The layout afforded privacy for two couples, while also having a great amount of space to hang out and spend time together.

Super comfortable and cozy

Great place—really comfortable, quiet and cozy with a nice hot tub right outside. Nicely furnished and stocked. 2 nice bedrooms, perfect living/dining/kitchen area. Great owner. Will definitely come back.

Perfect family getaway

Everything about this rental was wonderful. Gorgeous scenery, quiet but accessible location. Beautiful furnishings, a well equipped kitchen...no amenity was overlooked. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Will definitely stay again.

Nicer than most

We enjoyed our stay. The living space is nicer and larger than most condos, and the mudroom is a nice way of keeping gear out of the way. Hot tub is a bonus.

Better than most!

We are frequent renters in Winter Park/Fraser, and are thrilled to have found this condo, which is much nicer than many other places we have stayed. Large rooms, nicely furnished, lovely views. I expect we will rent this place again.

The PERFECT home away from home!

This condo is INCREDIBLE for any family vacation in the beautiful Colorado mountains! Kitchen is perfect for cooking and has more than anything you could need. The comfortable cozy decor truly makes this place feel like home, until you step Outback and have your breath taken away by the beautiful mountains views! Great location very close to town with stores, shops, and restaurants. Paige is very attentive and helpful! We will definitely be staying again!

A true Winter Park bargain!

Outstanding location. The property is more spacious and more comfortable than it looks in the photos -- nothing against the photos, but I expected it to be about 30% smaller than it was. Parking is right outside the front door. Minutes away from Winter/Trestle. Lovely view from the back porch as well. Recommended!

Absolutely AMAZING!

This home is absolutely beautiful and has the most stunning views! Everything you could possibly need during your visit is available at this home. VERY easy and convenient access to restaurants, Winter Park Ski area, and local shops. Paige, the owner, was very welcoming with a call before our arrival ensuring we had all of the information necessary to have a smooth trip. We will definitely book again on our next stay!

The best all around

This property is perfect. It is beautiful inside and out. The views are amazing, and it is super close to everything but is just out of the way enough to not be overwhelmed by people or traffic when you just want time to relax and play in the snow right outside your door. The property is quiet and relaxing. The customer service is outstanding as well, from the communication going up to check-in, to the information book waiting for us on the kitchen counter, to the owner's availability during the trip to ask questions if needed. There were no issues here at all, and I rarely give 5 stars because there is always something, but not here. There just aren't enough good things to say. This place made for the best Christmas vacation.

Outstanding location and great host!

This is one of the nicest vacation rental experience ever! The place is very clean, lovely, with up-to-date facilities. There are great views when we use the hot tub, and the living room is so cozy for us to hang out. Our host, Paige is very helpful during our entire stay, answered all of our questions timely and give all the support we needed. Overall this is a great experience and I will choose this place again if I come back to Winter Park.

Perfect in Every Way!

We take a week get a way every January to Winter Park and this was one of our most favorite places to stay yet! It was SO clean, cozy, comfortable, great views and the pictures don't do it justice! It was -15 degrees most of the week and we stayed toasty warm with the floor heat and the fireplace. The hot tub is also a great bonus! The owner was so sweet to check in and make sure that we had everything that we needed! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Pictures of this wonderful townhouse don't do it justice! One of the cleanest vacation rentals that we've ever stayed in and the owner has everything that you need to make your stay fabulous! Spacious Place in Fraser

Enjoyed our time at this Vrbo spot. We stayed a total of 4 nights and were comfortable the entire time, and so were my kids. The beds are super comfy!! The place is nicely decorated and stocked with some pantry items and all the kitchen tools you could ask for. The view from the backyard is lovely and the hot tub is an added bonus. Lots of things to do and places to eat, and the Rocky Mountain National Park west entrance is about 40 min away. Some areas for improvement in my personal opinion: 1) a gate/guard for the fireplace because it gets very hot. Potentially dangerous for little ones. 2) better lighting. The bulbs emitted a nice ambience but it could be brighter. But during the day the place is super bright. 3) keep a pack n play/mini crib handy for guests with infants to sleep in. I will say the host did send me a link where I would be able to rent items for an infant such as a pack and play. Overall, great place and would return if given the opportunity!

Winter Wonderland Perfection

Absolutely everything about our stay was fantastic. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to make our winter getaway a perfect vacation. Loved the fireplace, gas stove, modern kitchen with all the necessities, and amazing views. The beds were very comfortable, especially after a day of skiing. Perfect location to Winter Park and Granby skiing. Private hot tub was definitely a bonus. Can’t say enough about how perfect the home was. Will definitely stay again!
