Treasure Island offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the coastline while sitting on your balcony or relaxing in your unit. From your front balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Saint Andrew's park and Saint Andrew's Bay and enjoy watching the fishing boats come in right from the front balcony.

Full glass views across the back of the units will allow you to have a breathtaking view of golden sunsets, emerald water, and sugar white sandy beaches. Enjoy the dolphins and rays playing just yards off the beach. Sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom allow easy access to your private balcony overlooking the beautiful coastline as far as you can see. Be sure to enjoy the night view with the stars shining brightly and the moon glistening off the water.

One of the four high-speed elevators will take you up to this sixth floor unit, or you can park directly on the sixth floor parking and skip the elevators. Your assigned parking is on the third level, if desired.

You can enjoy a very large open kitchen with granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped. All you need is your food.

Treasure Island offers a large heated pool with an expansive sun deck, two gazebos and kiddie pool. Or you may spend the whole day relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. Beach Services are available with lounge chairs, parasailing and jet skis.

The Treasure Isalnd front office charges a $20 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $250 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Nice unit, needs some minor updates

This unit is very tastefully furnished but could use some updates/maintenance. Great beds. Some of the furniture shows significant wear, especially the patio. There's apparently a recurring issue with the electric tripping in the master bath that needs to be fixed. Damage to the walls in a couple of places in the kitchen/living room. That being said, I would stay here again. The grounds were well kept & clean. Staff were visibly present & nice.

We will check into the electrical outlet as well, though it does seem to be a property wide issue in all Treasure Island condos. We look forward to your next stay :-)

Very disappointed

there are lots of bad marks on the walls and baseboards. Some had very poor sanding and painting over them. The shower heads have NO pressure. The shower floors aren't very clean. We showered in flip flops so that we didn't have to stand on the shower floor. The decor and bar chairs are very dingy and worn. The beds are very uncomfortable. Parking on the 3rd floor when the room Is on the 6th floor is very inconvenient. The entire week we were there, they were painting ONE area of the pool/beach access. The worker kept telling us where to sit and where has advised us to sit, we could smell paint fumes worst than where we were sitting. They decided to trim bushes during the day while we were lounging at the pool. The piece to hold the living room curtains back, fell out of the wall then I tried to use it. The handle in the kitchen pantry fell out in my hand when trying to open the door.

I feel like we done more maintenance there than at our own home.

Bad choice of stay all together. We did not enjoy our stay at all.

Owner's Response: I do apologize for your opinion on this condo and resort. We do take your comments seriously and had we known about the difficulties during your stay, we would have addressed them to the capacity we could have ASAP. Please understand that we have zero control over the resort maintenance. In order for them to upkeep the resort to the standard that guests enjoy it at, it requires that they maintain it at times. And that happens during guests' stay on occasion. You are correct that the assigned parking space is on the 3rd floor and it is within a reasonable distance to the elevators. There's also parking available on the 6th floor garage deck which allows for a straight walk to this condo if you prefer. We hope you give us another chance and I wish you well.

Unit 609 Treasure Island Condominiums - November 2016

My husband and I enjoyed our stay for the month of November. The weather was beautiful, unusually warm for November. The unit was clean, plenty of storage area for our cloths and such. We hope to stay there again next year if our schedule permits. Anyone would enjoy this unit. Decorated nicely. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Pretty good overal

The property is in a great location. A couple of places we could walk to for dinner. Schooners is one of out favorite, so being so close was a definite plus.

There were a few issues with the unit, but seem to be temporary. It looked like they were in the middle of a renovation. The master closet was very large, and would have been GREAT to hang our clothes and store our suitcases. But the floor was torn out and several nasty, wet towels left in there by the contractors so had to leave our suitcases stored in the bedroom. (Don't hold that against the owners!)

The curtains were falling apart due to very large curtain rods that the rings would not slide across, but we managed to get them closed enough to block out the afternoon sun.

It looked liked the door had been kicked in recently, so the casing was held together with screws. Just a minor weird thing. And the ice maker didn't work.

The new tile was great! But no rugs anywhere, so the sand was completely out of control...it is the beach! :) So we went and bought some cheap towels to lay down so we could wipe our feet from room to room. There was only a broken broom, so we went and bought one so we could also keep it swept up each day.

Loved that we could take our puppy dog, and the staff was very nice! The unit was nicely decorated and will be fantastic once they are completely done. We love the large size of it, and the view is amazing!

Would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

The property was beautiful and our condo was amazing. It was one of our favorite vacations and we will be back.

The hardest part of our stay was leaving.
