Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property is across the street from the town trolley bus stop and has a brand new mattress in the master bedroom. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a king bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Very cosy place, so close to the village gondola. Nice kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed the shared hot tub too. We would have preferred a normal bed rather than the trunk bed situation, easy to bump your head / feel trapped. Shower is a bit on the older side, but not a deal breaker. Thank you!

Please note there is only one shower, though the description kind of makes it seem like each bathroom has a shower, when it's actually a shared shower. For us it didn't create an issue, but if you actually had six people stay there it could be.
