Nicely decorated 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom and sleeps up to 8. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Large living room with a flat screen smart HD TV with a DVD player, pellet stove, wet bar and Foosball table. The master bedroom has a California King bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV and the loft has a king bed. The complex offers internet access, underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Beware

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location by Eagle, a couple of flights of stairs up to the codo, a bit dated. The main thing was that the condo would not get warm even though the heaters were on (It was 15 degrees that night). We then noticed there was a small snowbank building by the sliding doors. A very nice maintenance person showed up very fast to asses the situation. Turns out there is a gap on top of the sliding doors that lets snow in and heat out. We were told to light up the fireplace and keep it on the entire time in addition to the heater to try to keep the condo warm. It helped somewhat but not the best solution. Will not stay in this condo again

Great layout but beds a no

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this Summit layout and location but the two main beds were super uncomfortable. As soon as we checked in, the obvious double dips on the master king was of concern. A decent mattress is important and I don't think we'd book here again knowing how bad the beds were. Also, with that mix up in reserved dates (last verbalized with MR to book thru 2nd) they had an original check out of the 1st and we were forced to relocate our last night even though they had availability in the same unit. Having rented thru MR for over ten years, I could not believe you wouldn't allow an extra night given availability and situation having to already move to this unit last minute. We accommodated the mixup on rentals at first and you were the least accommodating to us in the end. Super disappointing

Worst unit EVER

The website is not accurate about the unit in detail. They do NOT mention a lot of stuff. When we arrived the management company was closed and we were given the wrong address to the unit so we finally checked in 3 hours later. The unit is on the 3rd floor with NO Elevator. I had to go up and down 7 times with 3 young kids. Other issues were, the unit is out dated and needs some TLC and many upgrades (too many to list). Especially the bathrooms and heaters. The beds were not described and the furniture smelled. When it snowed it took half the day until you were able to leave the place so you pretty much missed out skiing. Finally, there are two management companies that you have to go through to get the keys. In conclusion, I would not go through this again or recommend this to anyone.

Hi John, Thanks for your review and sorry you had difficulty finding the unit. We do have notes that you called our emergency line and requested someone to shovel out your car as you got stuck and to bring you the keys as you had failed to follow the check in instructions ahead of time so went to the on site office, so I understand this added additional stress and time to to your arrival. Perhaps next time, plan ahead and make sure you have those documents printed or heave fully read the instructions to avoid delays and confusion. We are glad we were able to send someone to assist you who picked up your keys for you and guided you to the unit. That is correct that this building does not have an elevator, and it is not advertised as having one. There is not two management companies, just the one, but again when you have the instructions to hand it is straight forward to follow. In regards to the snow, of course no one can control mother nature but this complex is enclosed hallways and access and covered parking, so not exactly sure why you wouldn't have been able to leave, you would have been able to walk right out of the covered parking garage. Thanks for the feedback on the unit and we will certainly pass the info along to the owner to see if any updates can be made. The 2 balcony doors allow for nice air ventilation and views of Mammoth Mountain. Bedrooms are comfortable and appreciated the additional fans in the bedrooms for extra cooling during summer.

Sometimes it would be hot then the water would get cooler and then hot again.Other than that it was a great unit!!!Across the street from Eagle Lodge but because of all the snow piled up along the side of the road, couldn't walk to the lodge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was much more dated than appeared in pictures. With only a few minor upgrades and the place could be a lot nicer. I rated the property cleanliness as a 2 star because 2 of the beds were dirty. Dirt/grit was visually apparent. We called for clean linen and some were dropped at the door. I should have asked for kitchen towels too. Two kitchen towels were provided with one being so badly stained I did not use. Like I said, with a few upgrades this condo could be nicer. Would I recommend to a friend? Hmmm....with upgrades, yes but without probably no. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient and clean which I did appreciate. Overall, I had a fabulous time in Mammoth.

VERY DIRTY CONDO - BEWARE they may not follow COVID protocol!

Reviewer Comments: This place by far is the dirtiest place we have stayed in Mammoth over the last 15 years! We have been to hundreds of rentals in Mammoth and never seen one as dirty as this one. It feels like the cleaner didn't do the cleaning or they just decided to have someone used it after cleaning? we don't quite understand. We were extremely uncomfortable in this place. There were grease everywhere in the kitchen and all the counters are dirty. The floor also super greasy and slippery that most of us almost slip. They are weird stained on the bed room walls, bathroom has a chunk of hairs sitting on the countertop! We had to spent time cleaning the place and wiping it all down using all the disinfectant wipes. They can't send anyone in the property due to COVID protocol. I wonder if they even follow the protocol at this point since the whole place does not look like they clean it. We practically cleaned the whole place so we can be there. The management has yet to provide us any response on what they are going to do for us. Hoping they can at least credit us or something since we paid high price for the place!We took a bunch of pictures of all the nasty stuff in that place. Hope they fix this issue.

(it's a modern L-shape grey couch. Cooking is always tough in mammoth and this kitchen is VERY small, but it is well equipped and everything we need. Beds could use an update - they seem a little old. Fun for family and teens. Great stay. Typical mammoth condo.
