Beachfront stay

The location and convenience of this property to the main beach was perfect! The pool and amenities offered were great! Our only complaint would be it could have used a little more deep cleaning. The floor was really dirty, like it hadnt been mopped properly and the sheets on the pullout were covered in dirt and debree when we opened the bed. Otherwise nice property.

I loved that it was within walking distance to the ocean. My friends and I were able to just cross the street and be at the ocean already. Parking was convenient. Had no issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils you would need while cooking. Enough towels to last the week. The pool was really nice the first couple of days until they had to do some remodeling and closed down the pool.

January getaway

We had an amazing time. The office staff was very helpful leading up to the trip. Though it was January the weather was still decent. The pool was very warm. The owner even ordered us a new blender because the old one was broken. The only unfortunate thing were the loud neighbors upstairs. Not the fault of the owner or the condominium complex. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great Location - Beach Access Siesta Key!

Siesta Key Beach is one of our favorite places to visit. The La Siesta Condo is directly across the street from the main beach entrance. It is also an easy walk or bike ride (or golf cart ride) into town. The condo was clean and updated (as advertised), and it was great to have a beautiful pool and dedicated parking spot for the week. Only 2 minor (very minor) comments. First, 2 rolls of 1-ply Toilet paper are not ample for a 7 night stay. Luckily, the Market is close by :). Second, rental golf carts do not seem to be welcomed on the property. We couldn't find any direct references in the rules provided, but the maintenance folks made a few comments. We also had a note on the windshield stating that the vehicle would be towed if it was left on the property. We returned our cart after 2 days and walked to town the rest of the week.

Condo said they would provide ample amount of towels and toiletries and guests have to provide rest ,not true! One roll of toilet paper and 3 towels for week and 3 guests is not ample amount
