Welcome to your coastal getaway! This oceanfront duplex offers peaceful marsh views on one side and sweeping shoreline views on the other. From the oceanfront living room and upstairs master bedroom, step out onto large covered porches perfect for taking in unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The expansive extended sun deck brings you even closer to the sound of the waves for ultimate relaxation.

The master suite offers stunning ocean views, providing a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. On the street side, enjoy an added sense of privacy with no homes directly across the street, allowing you to take in serene marsh views from the streetside bedroom.

Flexible Space for Larger Groups

This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Need more room for extended family or friends? Rent the other side of the duplex (when available) and open the connecting downstairs lock-out doors to create one spacious home for up to 18 guests, complete with two full kitchens and ample shared living space.

Awesome place!!

We had a blast here. It was nice, clean, the rooms were nice. The view is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful

Loved staying here! The inside was tastefully decorated, clean and stocked with great games! Always an ocean view from the inside with the big picture window downstairs. Loved the multiple outside oceanview gathering places-2 balconies and a deck-with nice chairs and benches-providing places for quiet time or gathering. Loved being right on the beach and having the deck with water access to clean off.

Overall House condition

The property was dated, appliances old and crusty, towel prices were ridiculous, simple things like TP holder off the wall, washing machine does not stop spinning in cycle and ran without shifting to next cycle and had to constantly check on it, the grill was small, back door glass was broken, and bathroom ceilings are moldy looking. It is disappointing because these are simple items that can and should be fixed.

Nice Beachfront Spot

Lovely home with a great view. Has everything we needed for a nice vacation at the beach. The thermostat was a little finicky but we had a wonderful time. Enough parking for 3 cars but you can squeeze in a fourth if needed. An easy walk to the pier or the general store.

Family getaway

Location of property was very nice, beach was not to crowded, location of restaurants was close by. Free concert at the pavilion was a nice added touch. Interior of house could use some updating the ceiling fans need to be replaced, deck and stairs need refurbished, 3 of the provided rocking chairs on the deck were broken. The upstairs bathroom tub/shower was very difficult to get in & out.
