LOCATION - On Austin St. in the heart of the Historic District
HOST - No host on property. There are 3 other suites on the property that may be occupied during your stay.
SLEEPS - Sleeps 4 in two King Beds
BATH - Large walk-in shower in suite
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and Keurig
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TV in suite and 55" TV in extra bedroom*, WiFi, gas fireplace in suite, private courtyard with a hot tub, fireplace (not currently working), & outdoor seating, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

*Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts.

The outdoor fireplace is not currently working.

3 C’s for sure! Clean, comfortable and convenient! Walking distance to everything. Enjoyed sitting on the patio to relax and soak in the hot tub after a long day of walking.

Very comfortable beds and walking distance to main. The only issue is there are locks to the extra bedroom but that same key opens the door leading to the next room where someone else is staying. I was worried if we were able to accidentally open their room then they could get into ours so I didn’t sleep well. Im not sure why there would be a key that opens another guests room. Very weird!

Great location! Great patio!

The location is absolutely perfect, quiet, but yet so close to main street. We absolutely loved being within stumbling distance of Oktoberfest. The hot tub/patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink by the fire.
