Disappointed when we drove up the first time. Expected the outside to be as nice as the inside. (Now we know why no pictures of front and outside of home) Booked for one month, ended up only staying two weeks. Area did not feel safe.

Found a Gem

We are a family of 4 that was relocated to So Cal for work. Luckily we found Cypress Perch in San Clemente. We stayed here 2 weeks while looking for a permanent residence. It has absolutely everything needed including a great backyard overlooking a golf course and a fun game room for the kids. Close to parks, shopping and the beach. Also came full of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, detergent. What a great hospitality- Ross and Dana were perfect hosts.

We feel fortunate to have found this rental for our extended stay in San Clemente, Ca. We found the house to be spotless, spacious and quiet. The views of the golf course were beautiful, and the beautiful rose bushes made sitting in the backyard in the cool Ca. weather a treat. The location was amazing, close to every supermarket and the outlets and shopping, and a short drive to all the beaches and fine restaurants. We highly recommend this VRBO

Ross's place was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our stay. The back deck was wonderful to watch the golfers play and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Ross was an excellent host who responded right away if we had a question.

Nice home but could use some updates

Good communication from host but a little annoying I was hit with very high dog charges after booking and being accepted with disclosing dogs. Fortunately host knocked them down a bit, but considering rate I paid still seemed unfair. Otherwise houses is simple and clean - could use some updates like rugs and maintenance. Ross was good at communicating and check in was easy.

Ross' place was exactly as described and more. The beautiful views of the golf course in a spacious yard was the perfect setting for winding down in the evenings and a tranquil coffee in the mornings. The newly updated interior is clean and sleek. Nice, quiet and safe location, and a quick drive or nice walk to all amenities that you could ask for. Communication with Ross is prompt and timely. Would recommend this property.

comfortable temporary housing

We recently stayed here while our house was being renovated after we had a slab leak. The house was perfect and made being out of our home much easier. We had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed by our insurance so we had to keep extending our original booking. Ross is as amazing and super responsive every time we extended our booking. Dealing with Ross was the easiest part of our slab leak issue and can’t thank him enough for being so accommodating and responsive

Excellent property and even better owners!!!

The property is very nicely upgraded, overlooking the golf course. We greatly enjoyed our time there over our 2 month stay. Ross was incredible to work with, and everything was always taken care of. Pool table, BBQ, large comfy bedrooms and a great kitchen! Not to mention your own laundry and private 2 car garage. Even though we were moving into a new home, our family was actually sad to leave.. Don't waste time looking for other places to stay in San Clemente - THIS IS THE ONE!!!

Nice Extended Stay

My husband & I enjoyed our 2-month stay. The house is nicely furnished & is very well-equipped. We had many of the comforts of home and it made our temporary living situation much more pleasant. The house is large enough to accommodate families as well. Ross is a very gracious and welcoming host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Large sunny home which has recently been remodeled with a nice kitchen and bathrooms.

We rented this house for more than a month. There was good communication with Ross. The house was very clean, views were beautiful and the beds were comfortable, the kids enjoyed their shared room with twin beds. Nice, quiet neighborhood with shopping and good restaurants nearby. The beach is just few miles away.
