Would stay again

This location was directly on the beach which made for easy access. Lots of parking acaable and plenty for you to do if tou arent spending the day in the sand. Would highly reccomend!

Luxury Beach at Value pricing!

This was the perfect spot for our peaceful vacation. Quiet, clean, comfortable. It has easy access to the beach, multiple (heated) pools (both indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, lots of other amenities. The mattress is quite firm, which is just how we like it (finally!). One of my favorite places to stay for vacation, ever!

We accurately describe this rental as a studio condo. We followed up with the homeowners who wanted to share the following: We're sorry you didn't see the value in our home. This is much more than a motel room. It's in an oceanfront resort with an abundance of indoor and outdoor amenities! The room has a fair size (space for 4 chairs) balcony with an ocean view and a large bathroom. The resort has restaurants and a very convenient location. It has several indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

We had a wonderful time. Hotel staff very courteous. The elevators had an issue with stopping on non requested floors but was doable. The condo itself was great! Good side view of ocean.

The unit had everything we needed to make our stay complete. It was big enough for two people. We felt secure there. The pools were nice as was the restaurant on the premises. We would stay there again but not on the 18th floor. We would be happier a little closer to the ground.

Very clean condo and looks just like the pictures. The owner Barbara is absolutely the sweetest!! Great communication throughout and very accommodating ❤️ She even let us check in early, since it was available. Tons of restaurants and family activities around. 30 minute drive to the boardwalk. Will definitely visit again!

Good price for oceanfront

I immediately had to sweep, use Clorox wipes to clean the refrigerator and under the microwave. It was filthy, the coffee maker filter had green mold. There were black hairs everywhere. The keypad was very touchy, we had a hard time getting in the room in the heat because of it. Overall it was a nice room. Had lots of pools, the water pressure wasn’t so good at the water hoses to wash the sand off. If the housekeeping was better, I would have given a better review.

There was a little hiccup at check in, the air conditioner went out but the owner was prompt with getting it fixed.

It served the purpose

This efficiency condo was no frills but it served the purpose for a place to sleep and was clean enough. Nice access to the beach. Read the reviews about the parking garage and they were accurate. Did not like parking being detached from the resort. Overall, it was good enough.

Condo on the Beach

Nuce place with a small view of the beach. Had enough chairs so everyone could sunbath. The lazy river was nice and so were all the pools. This place had several hot tubs which we great to destress in. We would reccomend this place. Whatever you do not ask tye hotel "Bay Watch" any questions. We asked about a carr so we could unload our things to take up to the condo and the desk got very nasty with us.

Baywatch Sept Stay

Enjoyed the pools and the location to the beach. The restaurants did not have convenient opening times. Really no food available in Sept. I stayed in Tower 1 the parking garage was a bit inconvenient in front of Tower 3. Space for Loading and unloading was not adequate. Staff very friendly

The garage is huge and it's just a short walk past one building and provides everyone with secure parking. We have plenty of spaces for loading and unloading as in any parking lot you just get a normal space for your vehicle. Not sure how you would improve that? Hope you enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the new gym the bathrooms that were provided are a newly remodeled entrance hall with beautiful ceramic tile and light fixtures. We have three large newer elevators for your convenience. Any suggestions other than to buy a property and put up another parking garage would be appreciated it.

Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time and we will be back again! Barbara was very nice and the little condo was just what we needed for our small family. It is small but it was just what we needed and better priced than most properties that we were able to find. We loved it so much we wanted to stay longer but unfortunately she had someone else booked right behind us! It was just as described in the listing. It has a nice side view of the ocean which I loved and four pools and tons of hot tubs, there were so many I can't even remember. There is plenty of space so you can enjoy the ocean and the pool which is wonderful with kids. I highly recommend and we can't wait to go back!

Baywatch Resort

The overall location was great. I felt the resort could have been kept cleaner throughout the day. The laundry area also did not offer a trashcan to throw out lint or options to purchase detergents if some was forgotten. There also was not a change machine for quarters because the front desk only had to many on hand.

Response from owner: "Gosh truly apologize for anything on the floor. We use a very powerful vacuum in that room. We also do every other monthly steam cleanings on the carpet. Carpet was removed a week or so ago we now have beautiful luxury vinyl flooring. Hope you give us another chance."

The unit location is great; however the unit is extremely dated.

The unit needs updated with new mattresses. The carpet is old and remains cold and damp due to moisture in the unit. The cabinets near the sink had little black bugs inside.

This property was absolutely terrible. We could write our names in the dust. Every flat surface was covered in it. The vent filter in the bathroom has probably never been changed. Clearly no cleaner had even entered the property in some time. The pictures are taken with a wide-angle lens everything is much tighter than it appears.

This property has beautiful view and decent ammenities. It is about the size of a moderate hotel room. We had 2 adults and 3 children (2 kids were small adult sized) and we were crowded. The chairs will NOT accomodate anyone over 80 pounds. There were no beach towels, so we ended up purchasing our own. Extra bedding would've been nice too. The pools were amazing. The beach is mere steps away. The full size fridge was amazing and the wifi worked great with our roku streaming stick. I would say this can accomodate 4 adult sized people comfortably. We would stay here again in the next year but after that our family will have outgrown it. It is a great value and as long as your party is the right size you'll have a great time

The worst place I have ever stayed .

This was the worst place I have ever stayed . It was not clean and way to small for six people liked advertised. The furnishings where out dated . The contact was rude not enough towels or anything else . You have to wash and vacuum your own room and simple stuff like toilet paper and ext you have to also buy . Paring garage is not attached to the building not enough handy cap parking spaces . With a 80 year old mother and being handicap way to long o f a walk to the garage and not enough loading carts . ROOM had a odor as well . Over all it was poorly done and would never stay there again!! .ps the Room was the size of a big walk in closet and she knew there was six people but rented it like that anyways .. 110 % dissatisfied!!!

Mitch, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - This is as advertised a Studio unit, it does have the capacity to sleep 6 people, no matter the size it offers all full-size amenities. I'm sorry if you didn't pay attention but it is an accurate description and pictures are in the listing so you can see what you are getting - The furnishings are not outdated, the beds, sleeper chairs, refrigerator and freezer, microwave cart, and TV were all purchased just a year ago, other items are less than a year old like the table and chairs, bedding, and shower head - We offer the basics for any short-term rental, we do not supply all items for a 10-day stay, however, if you needed more you could have let us know - The space is not listed as having an attached parking garage I'm sorry that you thought it was, but you could have dropped off your mother in front no one would have complained It's hard to be an owner when you have people who do not view the listing and see what they are renting and then give a bad review for it, but e do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

From Ohio/ terrible experience

I’m from Ohio. When we got there we didn’t realize the parking garage was not attached to the building in which we were staying. So we had to park in the parking garage take the elevator to the first floor and then walk to the building where we were staying at and take another elevator to get to the floor in which we were staying. That was a big inconvenience. This area is not by the main road or any strip of stores. So if we wanted to go anywhere we had to use the 2 separate elevators to get to and from our room. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the building along with a outside bar. We were suppose to stay 4 days, but the beginning of the third day we realized the room was infested with roaches. They were crawling all over the walls, countertop and floors. We did not realize that the first 2 days bc we would always come back to the room at night. On the third day early in the morning is when I seen the roaches. I contacted Barbra and she said she would get an exterminator out there sometime that day, but by that time I was already packing my stuff. We left a day early and did not get a refund. It was a terrible experience honestly.

Heather, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - The space is not listed as having an attached parking garage I'm sorry that you thought it was I'm sorry for the inconvenience - We have not had any issues with bugs and I'm surprised you didn't see any until your third day there, I did offer to send someone over right away and understand that you decided to check out early if you had called sooner we could have taken care of it for you - I'm sorry you missed out on all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer you are only 2 blocks from highway 17 which is loaded with restaurants and shops so much to see and do It's hard to be an owner when you have people who do not view the listing or the location before booking and then give a bad review for it, but we do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
