Family Vacation

We liked the condo. It was spacious and comfortable. The one thing that we would suggest is to upgrade the cookware and serving bowls etc. in the kitchen. Non stick cookware was frustrating

The condo was as described and clean upon arrival. The location was great with direct beach access. Unfortunately they lock the gate to the pool which is how you access the beach. The lock was not removed before 9am which is an inconvenience if you want to walk on the beach in the morning. The one bedroom shared a wall with very noisy neighbors. We may consider Verandas again however I think you could get something nicer for the cost.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the condo was clean upon arrival, as described, and that you enjoyed the convenient location and direct beach access. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the pool gate being locked in the morning. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’re hoping to enjoy an early morning walk on the beach. Since the gate and pool access are managed by the property, we’ll be sure to share your concerns with the appropriate parties. We also apologize for the disruption caused by the noise from neighboring guests. Unfortunately, noise from other units can be outside of our direct control, but we understand how it can impact your comfort and enjoyment. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the value of the condo and are grateful that you would still consider staying at Verandas in the future. We hope we’ll have another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
