Adventurous Beachside Condo with Easy Beach Access

Literally only a few steps to the beach where you can feel the sand between your toes before dipping them into the warm Pacific Ocean. This ground-floor condo is the perfect location for your beach-side Maui getaway.

This one-bedroom condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing it to sleep up to four people. There is a full bathroom just off the bedroom. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. The kitchen has been remodeled and offers the perfect spot to prepare your favorite meal to enjoy in the unit or out by the ocean.

Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting the second week of September. This year (2023) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/11/23 and reopening 9/25/23.

The condo was well-equipped by the owners and felt inviting. The view from the living room was of the ocean (and included roosters passing by on the regular), and we were maybe 150 feet from the water. The resort is easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located relative to everywhere we wanted to be. When we return to Maui, we will be looking to stay in this unit again.

Are 3rd stay at sugar beach our first time in #120. The condo was in excellent shape, very comfortable and very clean. It was an excellent stay! I left an expensive camera bag sitting in the parking lot and one of the maintenance workers found it and promptly returned it to the office! I am very thankful for such honest people! We will definitely be back for our 4th stay soon!!
