Looking for the perfect location for your next getaway? Look no further! Our newly remodeled penthouse is located in the heart of town, just steps away from the beautiful El Balneario beach. Known for its peaceful atmosphere, this beach is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Not only is our penthouse in the best location, but it also boasts a luxurious and modern feel. Located on the 5th floor, with two elevators in the building, this unit offers convenience and comfort. The main level features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom, and a hallway bathroom. Take a stroll up the spiral staircase to the terrace, where you`ll find another bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.
Our condominium offers gated access, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and front access to the road that leads directly to the beach. With the beach right across the street, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the crystal-clear water.
Worried about power outages? Our property is equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort and convenience at all times. No need to stress about interruptions to your vacation!
You`ll love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach as well as the town square, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. Although a rental car is recommended, it`s not necessary in this area.
Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a condominium, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect, and if any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible. Please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7. We do not provide extra toiletries, so please bring your own. If you have any questions, don`t hesitate to ask!
