Lovely Two Bedroom Condominium with Ocean Views!

This two bedroom Hampton Place condominium has been decorated with the utmost care. New furnishings abound in this contemporary beach-themed condominium! The kitchen is elegant with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertop while being fully-equipped with everything you'll need to create a home-cooked meal. There's bar seating for two as well.

The kitchen opens to the dining area, which seats six. Just beyond the dining area is the living room which has been beautifully designed. From the flooring to the paint and the furniture, this whole condominium is light and bright. The living room features a SMART TV, oversized Tempurpedic sleeper sofa and a slider door to access your private, ocean view balcony.

The primary bedroom consists of a king bed (mattress replaced August 2025), HDTV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is elegant with its two-sink granite-topped vanity, beautifully tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

The guest bedroom consists of a Queen and Twin Bed (Both Mattresses Replaced August 2025) HDTV and its own bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has its own granite-topped vanity, and a tub and shower combination which is great for kids and adults alike.

The furnishings include a portable desk for a working vacation.

Outside you'll love the sweeping Atlantic Ocean views! The beach is just a short elevator ride away! The Hampton Place complex consists of a large swimming pool and separate hot tub, lap pool and private gym.

Refresh needed

Love Hampton place in general, but this unit needs a refresh and update on mattresses and pillows. Miserable four nights of stay in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately we left with memories of bad sleep, no rest and a simple solution that needs to be made for future guests.

Trip Cut Short because of Medical Emergency

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, nice view of the ocean, quiet and clean Unfortunately, on our second day my wife had a medical emergency. We had to call the life squad and she was taken to the emergency room. She had to stay in bed rest of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We decided to leave as we needed to get home to see our own physician So we really didn't get to enjoy the island at all. But I'm sure we would have had a great time and as I said the place was clean and beautiful. Im only giving two stars to being satisfied with our stay since we did have to leave early and because if the medical issue we were basically "housebound" the days we were there. Not the vacation we had planned. We are elderly (74 and 72) and have been to Hilton Head many times over the years and were really looking forward to biking, shopping, eating at the great restaurants, etc. We just couldn't do anything.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this condo. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and located in a prime location in Palmetto Dunes. The unit overlooks the pool with gorgeous views of the ocean. Renters should be aware that beach towels aren’t included so pack accordingly. The condo amenities were updated which made our stay comfortable. The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king which is nice for couples and families. We traveled with our three kids ages 11, 7 and 4 months and it fit all of us perfectly. Highly recommend! 15/10!!

The Overall Stay at 6202 Hampton Place North

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is one of the best we’ve rented. Good location and the furnishings were lovely. The entire condo was laid out perfectly. But the elevator was non working 2 different days. Which makes it very unhandy when you have to climb stairs every time you want something. Fortunately this condo is on second floor. I would have hated to have been on 5th floor.This of course has nothing to do with the condo, but this building needs a new elevator. It didn’t work very well in 2023 when I stayed in this building.
