Discover the perfect coastal retreat just steps from the beach in this beautifully updated, pet-friendly villa. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home comfortably sleeps six, featuring a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Stay connected with WiFi and cable TV, with Roku streaming available in the bedrooms, or enjoy outdoor dining with the gas grill on the private patio. The villa also includes access to a community pool, four backpack beach chairs, and four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles, ready upon your arrival.

The first floor welcomes you with an open floor plan featuring tile and wood flooring and a fully renovated kitchen with modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and full-size appliances. A convenient stackable washer and dryer sit just off the kitchen, while a powder room is located near the dining area. The living room is furnished with brand-new furniture, a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining area with seating for four. Sliding glass doors lead to the patio, where you can relax and enjoy views of the peaceful courtyard.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Set within the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, the villa provides a serene, family-friendly environment with a courtyard for play, a refreshing community pool, and spaces for a delightful cookout. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee, making this a true home-away-from-home for the whole family. Experience the ultimate beachside getaway in this charming and convenient villa.

Loved the easy access to Coligny beach, food and fun. Never had to use the car. Will stay there again.

This was our second year at this group of condos. Very nice, clean and affordable. Pool is right out back, walk to the beach is fair. Bring or buy amenities, multiple bathrooms is key with kids.

Short walk to beach

Property was nice, had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Enjoyed use of the beach chairs, and the option to use bikes was nice! The villa is pet friendly which is great but the grounds (courtyard and patio) does not allow dogs, which is not specified in the listing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the short ~5 minute walk to the beach.

HH Cabanas are wonderful. The pool and inner courtyard is like no other, plenty of space and so well maintained.Our only problem during our stay, was the refrigerator, it just doesn't cool well at all.

Annual Trip to HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for over 20 years. Over that time period we have stayed in many different condos along South Forest Beach Drive. Overall, the Hilton Head Cabanas have been by far the best. The location, the inner courtyard, the pool are just fabulous. We love number 26 because of it's extra bathroom and layout. It's well kept and very clean. However, we have had a problem with the refrigerator (not cooling sufficiently) Last year we lost some food in the same frig. Thankfully, this year Island Rentals brought in a backup refrigerator, and that really saved us. We're a family that likes to cook so really depend on the kitchen.Thanks Island Rentals!

Enjoyable stay on Hilton Head

This home is as advertised - well stocked with everything you need. No beach towels provided but this was noted with rental instructions. The home was clean and the master bed comfortable. The location was good - accessible to the beach and restaurants. As mentioned in a previous review, dogs are not permitted on the patio or courtyard which made it a bit challenging when taking our dog out. The cabanas are surrounded by parking lot so finding a place to walk was challenging. There was a very nice grill on the patio; however, there is no privacy. All patios open up to each other. The pool was very close and easily accessible through the courtyard. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great location

The property was as advertised and in a great location close to a neighborhood beach access trail! The home included what we needed for an enjoyable trip and we so much appreciate it is pet friendly and that you provide bikes and use of chairs and beach toys with the rental. The only comment I would make is consider having a washable floor mat when you come in the front door or at least a broom to sweep up when guests inevitably drag in sand from the beach. I’d also consider asking the neighborhood to advocate for putting in a pedestrian crosswalk to the beach path. It was sometimes hard to cross since cars didn’t have to yield to pedestrians. This would be to the benefit of the properties next door as well who also use the path..

Property ok, rental company excellent

The responsiveness and customer service delivered by Island Rentals was top notch. Just wish the property itself had had a little more attention to detail and was more comfortable. 1). The second bedroom's beds were very stiff and noisy. Every time you change position at night, you wake yourself and/or your roommate up. 2). The second bedroom's shower is designed so oddly. The shower stall is already shallow/small, but the shower head is mounted to point direclty at the door. For example, you can't turn the shower on to let the water warm up without flooding the bathroom floor, because that would require you having an open shower door while the shower is on. Sspray directly onto the bathroom floor. 3). More towel racks needed. There was a single bar in the bathroom, which couldn't accomodate even two bath towels, let alone hand towels, suits, clothing, or beach towels. Pretty standard needs while at the beach.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Cabana's. The rental was very nice and as pictured. My only negative comment would be that the cleaning crew could do a better job sweeping/vacuuming the unit. I swept up a rather large pile of dirt from under the couch and rug we had to move to use the sleeper sofa. But other than that, everything was great. We would certainly stay again.

Was a nice place for a family. Far enough away from the crazy commercial but still walkable or bike ride. Would have been nice to know about a beach access across the street. Found on last day.
