This wonderful bay side home is within walking distance to Dennis Village. This home is located in a fabulous family friendly quiet neighborhood right off of route 6A. Walk to ice cream, antiquing, shopping, the Playhouse, restaurants, coffee shop or the library. Very private location at the end of a cul-de-sac and only .9 miles to Mayflower Beach, one of the best beaches in the mid Cape area. Home can accommodate 8 people with potential for more. Lovely private back yard with outdoor shower for after the beach, gas grill for your barbecuing on the beautiful deck overlooking back yard. Cable and WiFi, and NEW MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER units have been installed in the main floor bedrooms as well as the lower level. Washer / dryer are available .
