Beautiful beachfront house in Provincetown offers water views from almost every room! Spacious living room, dining room areas bordering a large modern kitchen that hosts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and gas range make for great dining and entertaining.
Dine at a table with sleek leather seating for four, or gather in two other dining areas. A wood table set for eight or a glass-top table set for six. A leather chaise sofa and two armchairs offer comfortable seating for five in the family room with a 50” flat screen TV. Sit and chat in the main living room, featuring a tufted sofa and three armchairs. In the evenings, rest in one of five comfortable bedrooms—many with water views and private TVs. On the main level, a bedroom with a full-size bed and another with two queen beds share a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, a spacious master suite boasts a plush queen bed, sweeping bay views, and an en-suite bath with double-sink vanity and tub/shower combination. Get a good night’s sleep in two additional queen bedrooms, which share a guest bathroom with a shower. Outside, Large sprawling lawns and patios encircle the home with three al fresco dining areas with stunning views. There is a large grill and outdoor shower. A secluded beach is just a short walk down a private walkway perfect for swimming and beach combing. There are AC window units in all the bedrooms, a washer/dryer, linens and towels, wifi and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The center of Provincetown is only a mile and a half away! Peruse the boutiques, galleries, bars, and restaurants that line bustling Commercial Street. Catch a shuttle bus to MacMillan Wharf for a sunset sail or whale-watching tour, or visit Herring Cove or Race Point Beach for a fun day of surf and sand along the Atlantic Ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I arrived a to the rental house to find that it was occupied. I reached out to Scott Powell and colleague, Heather to inquire what was going on...Turns out the owner of the property double booked the house and the people in the house were there for the week.Scott asked me to give him a little time to see what he could do, and without much choice I agreed as I had about 16 family member arriving in about 15 minutes. Scott and Heather dropped what they were doing on a Saturday night and worked diligently. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, they found a house for us. Turns out it was even better than the original house and by 6:30 pm, we were in the new digs.I can't praise Scott and his team enough for saving our vacation. Great job!!!!My stars below are reflective of the new property.

There's more to a rental house than the space

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second summer renting at 803 Commercial. It's a lovely home and a beautiful location, but when my wife broke her foot in three places the first hour there due to a rubber covering on the front steps that for some reason overhung the edge of the step and bent forward causing her to slip off the edge and fall forward, no one from the realtor's office, nor the owner had the courtesy to call us over the next week to see how she was doing, even though I promptly reported the incident to the realtor. Yes, my wife was incapacitated and in pain for quite some time and a lawyer retained, but things like that happen and it's not what upset me the most. What I found very disappointing was the total indifference and lack of compassion from both the realtor and owner, who never reached out, not once to see how my wife was doing.

Great 5 bedroom house!

The house was great! Nice bedrooms and kitchen (although some stove burners didn’t light well), really good outdoor shower. Beach has limitations: a lot of seaweed, not as great to walk as Truro, can only swim at high tide. It’s fun being at the edge of PTown. Can we reserve for next year?

Fantastic!

Highly recommend! We had a 3 generation family vacation (including 2 toddlers and 1 baby) so having the beach steps away was a game changer! You can’t beat the views from the deck and almost every window. Fantastic spacious kitchen - well stocked with everything you could need - even lobster pot & crackers, blender, coffee grinder and basic spices. For packing tips - there are a number of beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. Need to bring your own beach towels. Terrific location. Very quiet as house is set back on hill. Easy drive into town. Great restaurants and fun to walk around town. Truly fantastic house. Highly recommend.

Loved this house in general, esp. the deck and view in the back!

There were 10 of us that went and we ALL loved staying at this house! ALL of us agree we will be going back again. The house was very spacious and had many amenities that we were not expecting. For example, one of us brought a Keurig, but come to find out there was one in the pantry. We spent all of our time out on the deck with the gorgeous view. Very relaxing and peaceful. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus, especially with 10 people. The closeness to Provincetown was really nice......VERY quick drive into town. To be honest....there is really nothing negative I can say.....except.....wish we had more time there!!!!
