The first floor living, kitchen and dining area is cozy with room to relax and socialize. Enjoy sitting on your own private beach , relaxing or dining on the south facing private waterfront deck, unwinding around a gas fireplace in your own private yard. The Space:
This beachfront home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong table, grill, outdoor shower and a fire pit.

The first floor includes a queen bed with adjacent full bathroom and a slider out to the deck. The first floor also has a den/study room with a pull out sleep sofa. The second floor has three bedrooms, one of which a queen bed , one King ensuite with private bathroom and a twin bedroom that can easily be set up as a king bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
10 minute drive to beach, 3 miles east of Provincetown center. Hike the dunes, take in a whale-watch, visit the galleries of PTown, 18 holes at Truro's Highland Links Golf Course or stroll the village of Wellfleet searching for the perfect spot to slurp a dozen oysters.

Getting Around:
Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.

Perfect vacation

I have gone to ptown for over fifty summers and this was the best stay ever. The beds were so comfortable. The house is set up perfectly. The air conditioning worked great. The beach was exceptionally quiet for north Truro. Ample chairs everywhere. Beautiful decks and large tvs. It was perfect. House was very clean and three bathrooms was great. Cannot wait to go back. It was a joy. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!

The home has spectacular views, and equipped with everything for family/friend fun. Fire pit, ping pong table, pool table and board games were great for all ages. Very comfortable furnishings throughout the home as well. Enjoyed the beaches of Truro and a quick ride into Provincetown with fantastic restaurants. Arts Dune rides was a hit with the entire group, 9 yo, teens and adults.

Awesome House!

The house is absolutely beautiful & immaculately clean. We stayed with 3 couples, us and our adult children and spoons. We loved the location . Tbd views are spectacular! Provincetown is 5 minutes away. The best VRBO I have ever rented!
