Location was great. Rooms were good sized. Noise on Saturday night was not the best from the bar across the street. But just the one night. Good times pretty much.

WONDERFUL PLACE!

This property was nothing short of amazing. We are big sticklers on cleanliness and this property was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked, the house provided beach towels and beach supplies, and linens and towels provided as well. This property exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great summer week

Best unit we have stayed in for the price range in the Indian Rocks Beach area. House very updated and feels like home. Plenty of room to relax. Beach and pool access were great. Pool is big enough for the kids to enjoy themselves which is a big help.

Week in the Florida sun

Very nicely appointed condo. On the beach side of Gulf Blvd, so a short walk to the beach. The Seaside representative was very helpful. We have stayed here before and would do so again.

Perfect place in a perfect location!

The condo was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Steps from the beach and pool. We walked to several dinner spots and pubs nearby which was wonderful. Went into Clearwater beach area a couple of times but it was very, very busy. So happy to get back to the Indian Rocks Beach area. Love it there 🏖️

Vacation Perfection

This was one of the best units we have stayed in on vacation. Everything we needed was there…towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies. Just a short walk to the beach. The restaurant across the street does have music and a crowd at night, but the music stops (or quiets down) at a reasonable hour. This condo was spotless! Clean, clean! I have been on vacation at other units and had to do some cleaning myself, not here! Thank you for a wonderful week or family fun and relaxation!

Pros and Cons - Very clean but not very quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Here are the pros and cons for our family of staying at this unit. We stayed the first two weeks in July as we have for the past few years at various other Seaside rentals. Pros: * Clean! Probably the cleanest rental property we've ever stayed at. * Close proximity to the beach without having to pay the extra money to stay directly on the beach.* Easy access to Gulf Blvd. and shops & restaurants.Cons:* Loud! Super loud with the bar/restaurant on the corner across the street from the unit. Most nights during the two weeks we were there, the music was so loud that it was difficult to fall asleep in the master bedroom, which sits closest to the Gulf Blvd and all the noise that comes along with it.* Busy with the beach access directly next to the unit. This unit overlooks the beach access parking. You pull into the beach access to get to the condo parking.* The AC runs constantly, as it is always trying to cool the unit and keep the humidity low. What this means is that there is a consistent cooling that occurs, so you will hear the AC unit running at all times. This seemed okay at the beginning of our stay because the unit didn't have that damp, musty smell that units can have near the beach. After a while though, it just started to wear on us to constantly have the air running. We bought long sleeve pajama pants to wear in the evenings when it was cooler. We set the unit to 75 most days, but it would always try to cool to keep the humidity down. Just something to be aware of.Seaside Property Shoppe is always easy to work with and that's the reason we keep booking their properties year after year.Would recommend this unit if you're not too concerned about extra noise and you like a lot of people coming and going outside at the beach access. An extra note about our stay was that it was nice to walk into a well-kept unit that you could tell the owners took pride in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Words can't describe how well manicured this property is. From the moment you walk into the place it is breathtaking and very spacious. There is an oversize balcony with views of the beach. This condo is in the perfect location. You are literally a 30 second walk to an amazing white sand beach. There are plenty of shoppes, restaurants, and pubs within a short walking distance. My family and I will definitely be using this property for future vacations. We were very lucky to find this gem!

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay including pool/beach supplies and is perfect for families with kiddos of all ages. Only steps away from the beach, restaurants and the pool. The only downside we experienced was having only 1 parking spot as we had family in the area and had to walk several blocks if there were no beach access parking spots available- this building typically has 2 parking spots per condo but the agency was helpful in allowing us to use their lot. Secondly, the bar across the street can get loud late at night- it didn’t stop us from getting rest but is something to consider for light sleepers. Definitely recommend this condo overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this condo while visiting family in the area. It was a five star rating in every way! Also there were no streets to cross or driving involved to get to the beach-just a few steps to the gulf. Restaurants were right across the street. The management team was very accommodating to our questions and requests. We would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo. New appliances, furniture, linens, dishes, etc. However, we would not stay again because of the noise from the bar across the street. Loud music throughout the day and night.
