Very nice place

The place was very nice and clean. We only had a small problem with check in. It was fixed first thing the next morning. The view was amazing! There are plenty of things for you to do while you stay as well.

That's wonderful you liked the nice & clean unit for your stay! You were able to check-in right away with the keyless door access code we sent within your procedures, however the issue was that the resort didn't open the email we sent confirming your reservation & did not give you the common grounds keys right away, but we made them fix it right away as soon as you made us aware. We agree there is so much to do here and we're glad you enjoyed those amazing views! Thank you for your 5-star review!

Only one elevator out of 7 were working many amenities were still closed Room was nice, location is good, Might stay there again after its fixed back up

We are upfront & transparent in our property description on Vrbo and that is correct there is at least 1 working elevator per the building which is why we state such at the very top of our property description. In the same disclosure we have been updating the evolving information regarding any amenities after our beach community was hit with back to back hurricanes. Well worn unit but great recliners and view. Ice machine wasn’t working but plenty of free ice down the hall. Parking wasn’t a problem and people were friendly..

Please note that the building amenities are currently closed until further notice which is why we disclose such on our property description, so you know exactly what to expect before booking. We're sorry that information within the disclosure that is at the very top of our property description was overlooked but we are upfront & this information has been there since late 2022 when our beach community was hit with back-to-back hurricanes. Beach access

There was no good impression of the property. The unit itself was very nice. The property however was a disaster none of the pools were operable as stated in the description. The property was a mess and had no beach access but to go around the block. I was very disappointed with the stay. Especially disappointed as I felt I was deceived on how the overall picture really looked.

View of a Grimy Swamp

The condo itself was clean and the pictures were accurate. There is vagueness in the listing about the amenities of the building, and there is nothing vague about it. There are NONE. There was one working elevator for the majority of our stay and it was very far away from the unit. The view is of the ocean, yes, but also of a green slimy swamp of a pool that hadn’t been working in years. The building has nothing in service (no pool, no ice machine, no gym, no restaurant, no front desk attendants) and is smelly and grimy. There has clearly been very little maintenance or repairs in many years. The instructions for the unit were outdated by many years and half are not valid, including the location of parking or the directions through the building to the unit.

I usually book with booking. Tried Vrbo this time and I will never do that again! Amenities were closed and was in small print so easily overlooked. Check in process was not clear. Booked through vrbo but it was through another third party company. Didn’t have proper check in instructions and passcode. I couldn’t even get extra towels! I will never use this site again!!!!! Horrible experience

What posted was definitely not what we walked into. It was beyond disgusting. We turned around and walked right out. I felt it was not safe for my family. I called a VRBO rep immediately to report. We had to try and another place for the night. We had just drove 4 hrs to get there. Still to this day nothing has been done . But they have removed from site. I will be very reluctant to ever use VRBO again. It was an awful experience. Ruined our 4th of July weekend. Had extremely upset children.

Unfortunately this review is not true. This guest did not read the disclosure at the very top of our property description just below where it states the amenities are temporarily closed until further notice. Copied from our property description "***AMENITIES UPDATE: All amenities are temporarily closed until further notice. Beach access is available next door by the parking garage." We are sorry to hear that you had upset children due to the pools being closed as per your email to us & per your complaint to Vrbo. We're always transparent so one can make a sound decision based on what's important to them which is why we provide the information to read on our property description before booking. This information has been there since late 2022, well before the guest booked the unit in May of 2024. We have been updating the property description accordingly with the evolving information regarding the building's amenities. It is truly unfortunate that this guest overlooked the information that was clearly there. In addition to the disclosure there is a caption with the pictures of the pool that says "*Refer to property description for updates on available amenities." Also, as anyone can see the property is not removed from Vrbo nor is there basis for such.

Musty smelling room and overall cleanliness not ideal

The condo has a musty smell. It would be helpful to have a small dehumidifier in the room. Carpet is filthy and over cleanliness is not ideal. The shower curtain had mildew on it. My husband requested a call from the management when we arrived and didn’t receive a call the entire time we were there. All he wanted to know was where the ice machines were located, but we found them. Point being, nobody called and there are no signs to indicate where the ice machines are located.
