Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo exterior restoration and seawall work. **The North outdoor pool is OPEN**, but some areas of the pool deck and property remain fenced or restricted for safety. Guests must not enter construction zones or other closed areas.



The **South outdoor pool, North spa, kiddie pool, restaurant/tiki bar and parking garage remain unavailable at this time.**



Construction activity and noise may occur during permitted working hours. Resort amenities, construction areas and schedules are controlled by the resort/HOA and may change without notice. Current rates have been adjusted to reflect the ongoing resort restoration and temporary amenity limitations.



We want guests to have accurate expectations before arrival, so these conditions are disclosed prior to booking.
