This home is handicap accessible! There is an elevator that services all floors, 36" wide doors throughout, and there is even a roll in shower. The home features exemplary amenities including Lutron lighting system, air purification system, smart TVs, Google wifi, a covered creek dock with a floating dock, and much more! With 4 covered porches and 2 decks, there is plenty of outdoor living space as well as a spacious interior for large family vacations. The first floor features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a den that opens to a porch and creek view, and an oceanfront porch with a jet tub and boardwalk to the beach with a beach shower. Three bedrooms have a king bed, one bedroom with a queen and two of the bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds with queen beds, that sleeps 8 per room. The second floor has a large, two story octagonal shaped living area with panoramic views of the ocean. Doors open out to a covered porch and deck and endless views out to the ocean and up and down the beach. This floor also has the dining area, the kitchen and breakfast room with spectacular views of the saltwater creek and marsh. There is one bedroom and a bath on this floor, the laundry room, and a den that opens to the 2nd floor porch overlooking the creek and marsh. The bedroom on this floor has a king bed, and the bath is handicap friendly with a roll-in shower. The third floor features one bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom and a large den with views of the ocean and creek. This room has a game table, TV, and a window seat with incredible views of the creek. Spend a lazy day in the sun on the beach, or take a paddleboard or kayak tour and fish in the saltwater creek, the Boat House offers the ultimate vacation experience for your family.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
